We went for lunch and found a good selection of menu items to choose from. The lunch prices are very reasonable. My wife ordered chicken fajitas and I ordered the beef chimichanga. Both of us were very happy with our meals. Everything was served hot, juicy and delicious. The beans and rice are very good too and we really enjoyed the chips and salsa. Our server Maricruz, was the best we’ve ever had there!

I really like the food over there. Their service is good too. Them chips and salsa was good too. Their decoration was very nice. Lupe served us booth and I had a request for the chef to make me a customized burrito which they didn’t had for vegetarians. They were helpful there and made us that burrito I asked for . Over all it was great experience. And the check out Karina was decent as well.

Came to this place pretty late at night for late dinner. Place was pretty quiet, not many people there. Our server was very nice and insisted in me trying The chicken with vegetable dish. We also tried the tacos. Overall experience was great. Food was okay for my standards. I was probably very hungry and was able to finish everything. Portion size is also very large.

Tonight me and my fiance had dinner at La Cabana. The waitress asked if we wanted margaritas but I’m pregnant and without hesitation offered and made me a virgin margarita! She was very kind and had great customer service. I believe it was the owner was up front and he had lively, fun energy. He seemed to love his staff and what he was doing. When we cashed out he even put our food in a bag for us. Everything was amazing and the workers were wonderful! 10/10!

This place is just so great! The food just bursts with flavor. Even their chips and salsa are amazing, crisp and light. Hubby got Burrito Asada and I got El Sol. Deliciousness.

We were there this past Saturday for lunch. I ordered pork tacos on flour tortillas. They were served on corn tortillas. My husband ordered the sizzling steak fajitas. They were served on a plate not sizzling at all. We had two top shelf margaritas and were charged for 3.An over charged of $12.99. I didn’t realize the error until the following day while reviewing my receipt. We tipped 20% which was very generous considering the over charge.

The food could be good, but unfortunately, all I taste is the Fabuloso chemical cleaner they use all over the restaurant. The smell of this chemical cleaner assaults you as you enter the building. Please find a less toxic and odor free cleaner to use.

Good Mexican restaurant for a somewhat authentic take on some of the more popular Mexican dishes. La Cabaña offers an extensive menu with a variety of choices. They have a vegetarian menu as well, although small, but still offers great choices. Friendly staff, clean environment, and GREAT DRINKS! You can’t go wrong trying this Valparaiso favorite located right downtown.

After being seated it took about 7-10 minutes for fountain drinks to arrive after ordering them, then they let us know 10 minutes after placing our food order that they were out of chicken tenders so we ordered my son a burger. They then bring our food out and my son’s food another 10 minutes after that. My chicken quesadilla had 2 bones in it. This place has continued to decline in service in the few years I’ve been eating here unfortunately.
