The place was empty when I got there. My chips and salsa was brought out immediately. I ordered shrimp over rice with cheese and a drink. There was a generous portion but the rice was cold. No seasoning on the shrimp.When I got up to pay, it was $28. I looked on the menu after I got home and the bill should have been $20. With a tip and credit card fee it came to $35. I won’t be going back.

The food was also great and the portions are large. I can’t see anyone leaving her hungry. I’ll eat here again for sure.
I’ve returned 2 times since my original review and the consistency is real. Great spot. Great music was playing this last time.

Good food, well prepared and flavorful. Generous sized portions.
Guacamole was a little soupy for me, I prefer some texture.
Salsa was good but needed a little heat. The waiter was great and brought out a little hot sauce to spice it up for us.
Otherwise fantastic, would go again.

Called for pick up, she said 3 chicken tacos would come out to around 10 dollars and would be ready in 3 minutes. I got there 5 minutes later and waited at the register for 10. The total price ended up being 17 dollars for some reason. Tacos were ok but kind of bland/low on seasoning.

I had the #5 combo. “Beef” burrito, taco, beans and rice.
Worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. Taco Bell is a step up from this place. Actually, the ground beef at Taco Bell tastes like filet mignon compared to this place.
The burrito was a step up from a TV dinner burrito. I couldn’t even eat the entire taco, the “ground beef” didn’t taste like any I’ve ever had.
Not sure what the “ground beef” really was, but it was like a pureed, hamburger mush that came out of a tube. Terrible. I’d post a pic of it if I could.
Side note, Been a long time since I’ve been in a restaurant with bare concrete floors.
