Love their tacos…… I do not get there very often but I have been there several times over the years and they consistently delivered authentic Mexican tacos. I would definitely recommend their food. The lady who took our order and got our food for us was very polite and helpful. We ordered food in person and walked over to another store in the shopping center and by the time we returned our food was ready.

2024 update…. i have been visiting this restaurant for their sea food soup. No matter where i go, i cant find anything like it. Make sure to taste fist, add salt and heat to your liking and enjoy with a warm piece of bread!

Parking was east, strip mall, plenty of parking.
This is a decent sized restaurant in a large strip mall. It wasn’t busy when we went in, just a couple people at the bar. The bar was tiny but had a small selection of booze. The menus were beat up, and some even had double pages. We traded the pages with each other. Service was outstanding, fast, and any questions we had were answered quickly.
I ordered a Modelo bottle, cold, delicious. They didn’t have a few of the beers on the list.
Chips & Salsa!!!
Chips…ok, crispy, room temperature, nothing special.
Salsa…cold, pureed but chunky, and tasted a little like a dash of fish up in there. They do pride themselves on their ceviche, so I guess I can understand.
I ordered tacos choosing pastor, chorizo, and jerky beef. They didn’t have most of their meat selections.
Pastor..good char, solid flavors, pineapple in there, excellent pastor. The tortillas were good, they tossed them on the flat top for a little crunch.
Chorizo…good char, tasty meat, a little on the dry side.
Jerky beef…tasted like fajita steak that was slightly dry as well. The taco also had some chicken in there for some reason. Bonus meat!
I ordered the verde enchiladas.
The chicken was a bit overcooked and dry. The verde sauce was tangy with nothing that balanced it out. They were ok, nothing to write home about.
Refried beans had a good taste, soupy consistency. Mix that rice in and you’re golden.
Rice was just how I like it. Soft, fluffy, and flavorful. Probably my highlight here.
