I have been a on and off customer. Food has been good but my order that I received today is disappointing. I ordered the spring rolls – the BBQ pork in the spring rolls is spoiled and has a rancid smell. The shrimp is rubbery. On my grilled pork banh mi, the pork has a very spoiled flavor. Some pieces are visually grey and hard.

we recently moved back to parkland and we’re missing our usual sister restaurant (la ca bar) and recently learned that these are very similar in menu. Food is always fresh, and flavorful!! staff is helpful and super friendly 🙂 10/10

This restaurant has an open kitchen and the food is assembled in view just behind the bar. I ordered the vermicelli noodle bowl to go and it came with a generous amount of sauce! The meat is already cooked and reheated when you order in a table top oven after an excellent amount of marinade poured on it. It was served with some quick pickled veggies that I wish had a little more pickled flavor to it. Overall the service was quick and polite, the food was tasty, and the atmosphere felt young and modern. If I’m in the area I would definitely go again, i would love to try their bahn mi next!

Initially, I was suspicious of this restaurant due to everything being served in disposable containers, but it was actually good! I got the pho sandwich, pork noodles, and vegetarian egg rolls. Really enjoyed the pho broth that came with the sandwich and the crispy, flavorful taste of the pork noodles.
The spring rolls were really cold, like they just came out of the fridge, which made it uncomfortable for my teeth. It also took very long to be served, along with the entrees. I thought it would be a quick appetizer served first.
If you come here, you must also try the salted coffee! Take the lid off so you can sip the foam and coffee at the same time.

Was looking for a lunch spot that’s quick and family friendly, and definitely this is the spot. We were able to grab lunch with the kids and ordered beer on tap. There’s an outdoor patio for warm and sunny days. The inside is spacious with large tables for bigger groups. We ordered the wings, jerky salad, vermicelli noodles and rice. Everything was tasty and reasonably priced. A plus is there’s a huge parking lot out back and plenty of street parking as well. Our kids loved selecting their own music with the juke box. Will certainly come back.

I was looking forward to eating here. The gentleman that greated us was kind and respectful. We placed an order for takeout. We asked how long it would take for our order. We were told about 13 minutes. I ordered a Báhn mi, two orders of the chicken wings, two orders of the fresh spring roll. Our order was placed at 1641. We left at 1728. I watched the young lady that was prepping our food. Stop eat her food. That was ok (I’m trying to be kind). She talked with the young man that brought her food. She made a few of the items on my order but would stop talk to the young man, drink her soda, chat. She washed her hand once after coming back from break. She would leave again out the back door and I could hear her tell him two more minutes, etc. She gloved up but I did not see her wash her hands again after she left out the back door. I was also disappointed with the food. The Bahn mi was the best part of the whole meal.

One of the best new lounges in the town with outstanding service and food is awesome . Don’t forget to try their chicken wings and bbq port sping rolls. They also have great selection of draft beer and wine. It’s a must visit if you are in the area. Highly recommend!

It is in a nice location, but the vermicelli had very tough pork and some pieces had large amounts of rancid tasting fat. The noodles were very broken up. Regarding service, while they were not rude, they were rather dismissive and not welcoming. I don’t plan on eating here again.

This is the same owner as La Ca Bar on 6th Ave and La Ca 38th on 38th Street.
The food is the same quality as La Ca Bar. I’m totally hooked on Grilled Pork Vermicelli. But also the bon mi is v good. My wife likes the wings.
