This burger place was outstanding! Simply an amazing experience. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Our server was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable yet left us to devour the delicious meal. The burgers had excellent flavors and were properly cooked. Fries were hot, fresh and crispy. It’s a must try! Some of the best food in Puerto Rico!

Our food was amazing. We waited about an hour for a table, and it was worth every single minute. Once seated, the service was excellent and our server was very friendly, attentive, and efficient. Our food arrived in about 20 minutes, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and fabulous.
The ambience is hip and cool with a mix of modern décor, warm lighting, great music, and an energetic vibe that still feels comfortable. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a great meal and soak in a fun, stylish atmosphere.

Unique burgers, unique name! I’d come back to this music hall area just for these burgers! What a great combination of ingredients to create such authentic flavors. I didn’t think you could’ve been more creative with a burger, but I was proven wrong. Even the name of this place is so clever! Great and fast service too, right before a concert so they were busy but managed all so well. I got the Principe de Asturias with Fried Jamon Serrano (touch of fancy bacon!) or if you want something with a Mexican touch then El Distrito Federal (El D.F.) is for you! Also, great collection of local beers (Ocean Lab, Santurce and other local breweries). I also didn’t think a Passion Fruit Wheat Ale was possible, but they had one here! Overall one of the best burger places I’ve been to. Highly recommended.

Great experience! The server who lived in Alaska was awesome! Great vibes , a little pricey but quality was definitely there. Smash burger was delicious and so was the blueberry jam Burger. There were layers of flavors on these burgers. Fries were nothing special, basic steak fries. Maybe add some sauces to your fries to spice it up. Salad was also fantastic.

I tried La Burgursia while on a conference in San Juan. It’s conveniently located in a shopping area next to the aloft hotel. This area is quite busy. I had a monitor, a Sunday service burger with spicy Korean fries and a black and white ( cookies and cream) milkshake.

My server Janier was great! Very knowledgeable about the menu and went over all of the options with us. He was very pleasant! The food was amazing, hot and fresh! I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good juicy and flavorful burger with amazing fries!

Our experience at La Burguesía was disappointing in terms of customer service. The food was delicious and at a good temperature. In reference to the customer service, they need to do better. We waited a little over an hour for our food and the waiter didn’t take a moment to advise us that the kitchen was backed up or apologize. Upon speaking to another server who brought it to the managers attention; our food was out promptly. It is unacceptable and the waiter should at least acknowledge the customer and check in.

The burger tasted great. The fies were good and so was the shake. Our server was very nice. We were very surprised by the price of a can of local beer….$12. Prices were not listed. It would be nice if that was listed. We were dining around 5 p.m.
