We were looking for a sit-down Mexican restaurant and this was the 3rd one we found. The others in the area had counter service with ordering off a board. Not what we were looking for. Came here and one guy at the bar and one table of 4 guys speaking Spanish. OK. Was seated by a young lady in the other room but she didn’t speak English at all. Communicating was very difficult, and you didn’t serve Diet Coke? How is that possible? It’s the only thing my GF drinks so we were thrown off from the start. We didn’t know if she was telling us you didn’t SERVE Diet Coke, or if she didn’t know what we meant. Very awkward. Anyway, the food was good, but the vibe was just off. The server seemed attentive but we just couldn’t communicate with her. I wouldn’t go back if we were in the area again, but we probably won’t be.

Authentic Mexican cuisine at a good price. The inside is very nice and comfortable, with most tables being booths. Waitresses primarily speak Spanish, but it was no issue dining in (they were very patient and happy to assist). The menu is in both Spanish and English and easy to navigate. The food is delicious.

Hands down one of the best authentic Mexican places in town. So much so, I hope you know a little espanol to communicate with the staff. Their street tacos are the best in Wilmington and the torta cubana is on another level of deliciousness.

Excellent food. Reminded me of true Mexican food back home in Southern California. All the food was spot on. 100% will be back again. Authentic no fusion here, just straight up Mexicano.

Great spot if you want good authentic tacos. It’s cheap — $2 a taco — and they have other fun staples too.

We dined around 7:30-8:00 p.m. on a Saturday after arriving from out of town. Extremely limited beer offerings and no lime with my Corona. Everything seemed very rushed. My food tasted great, but many in our group were disappointed.

I had a bad experience in this place, I went to eat with a friend, they served us the wrong food, besides it was salty, the waitress had a bad attitude when I went to the window to tell them that they had made a mistake with my food, the waitress and another woman more were talking to each other and basically ignored me they didn’t even bother to correct their mistake other than that i had to pay close to 50 bucks for two plates of food i didn’t need to change the staff the waitresses have bad attitude and don’t try For giving good customer service, I hope the owner sees this and takes action on the matter.
