They are always sold out of something and more often than not it is usually what you are there to order. And rather than have up a sign saying sold out they just amass a long queue of people only to tell each person individually that they are sold out. Of course I’m expecting this from the company who doesn’t think they event need to have prices listed on their menu. Would not recommend. Garbage customer service & mediocre food.

This place is worth going to. I had the chicken pesto, and it was delicious. The chicken was tender and not dry all to where it melted as soon as you took a bite off of it. Not only that, but the tomatoes were tender, and the bread was crispy and not too soft like every other restaurant chain. The caramel latte is also very tasty as well since it has this great espresso flavor and is sweet but not too overwhelming to where it is sugary. Would recommend coming here.

I really like the matcha they make there and some other drinks, but the girl who serves doesn’t even say hello, she doesn’t say “how can I help you” she’s supposed to work with the customer, she’s supposed to be someone friendly who gives you options and not just stand at the register with a bad face waiting for you to ask things, also if you make a phone order they never tell you that you have to wait in line like the others in the regular line and not just in the pickup line, and that’s a waste of time for those of us who order because I personally also work downtown and if the line is long you still have to wait for the customers who are arriving, I was one of the people who always bought my drinks there before work, but honestly with the bad face the girl gives I will not buy there again, except for the young man, he is very friendly, but he is not there many times.

The La Boulangerie Downtown staff are friendly and welcoming to their customers! Karina and her team mate do well in serving the downtown crowd. My latte is always made with compassion and served in a timely manner. The croissants are yummy!

This is a great little Cafe window with outdoor seating. They offer a variety of pastries, sandwiches, and salads. Their coffees are tasty and the service is prompt and friendly. It is in a great location near several offices and the courthouse. It isn’t open on the weekends, so make sure to plan accordingly.

Too pricey for just a sandwich. Bread was VERY HARD on edges. Work downtown so I like a lunch that is no so pricey. Turkey club had like 2 very small pieces of Avacado. So disappointing I love Avacado barely tasted it.

Undependable hours. This location often puts up a sign saying “be back at 11:50” etc so can not depend they will be open. Also will yell you no lunch until 11 and then you see them selling them at 1030 next time.
