Amazing customer service with a warm welcoming environment the cashier was sweet and greated me as I walked in. The location is clean and and the food was hot and fresh fully stocked with all the condiments I needed for my coffee. I was out doing some Christmas shopping this morning and decide to give this location a chance and I’m glad that I did; “DD” the customer service lady working at the time is super sweet and speaks to everyone with love and kindness a true humanitarian giving the customer service that people wish that could get every where but at least we know that at least here we are appreciated as customers. A lot of sitting areas and a bathroom available for use. I sat in front of the window and the table top bar like setting and just enjoyed the little view out the window as I sipped on my coffee and took a little me time to enjoy the peaceful environment. What a lovely atmosphere. I will return with my wife to share the experience with her.

Quiet and quaint bakery/cafe. Really good mocha with a touch of care. Came twice and had the ham and Swiss panini as well as the breakfast sandwich on a bagel. Friendly staff and fast service. If you’re in town and looking for a quick bite to eat and coffee early in the morning? La Bou’s the place to be

This was a delightful breakfast venue. I ate here twice, once getting an apricot croissant and the other a chocolate one. Both times I had a tea latte with it.
The quality and taste of the pastries was good and the latte was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite.

I had a breakfast sandwich, which consisted of bacon & eggs on sourdough bread. It was good. I also ate some oatmeal with cinnamon, walnuts, raisins & margarine. They had a free water station, which was nice. There’s also a bathroom that was clean.

I don’t recommend ordering food here, but it’s great to sit and drink coffee. Good atmosphere and service.

I have been a big fan of the Chinese Chicken Salad since first having it. Paying almost 15 for a salad was worth it. Then today I order my salad and even told a friend of mine ro get one. That was a mistake. I like having equal chicken for my salad….this didn’t happen at all. It looked like less than half of what they would normally give. If you’re going to cut back on the chicken cut back on the veggies to. Now just seems like Im eating a lettuce salad.

The sandwich I ordered was very tasty. Service was good too.
However, this sandwich cost me 8.8 dollars, which I think is too much for the quantity.
Apart from that all good

Had the Chicken curry – it’s a Thai style, red curry. Nice heat, quite a large portion, even the ‘small’ size – certainly plenty for lunch. Great location, good for ‘Capitol People’ watching. If you like curry, try the ‘Lit Delhi’ just across the road too.

Great early breakfast joint downtown Sacramento. Nothing to exotic on the menu all staples. Capital breakfast on croissants is fulfilling.
