This sandwich was terrible! Got the California turkey full size to split with a coworker. It legitimately had like two pieces of turkey on it. The order was completely wrong no sprouts, minimal onions when heavy was requested and no mustard. When I called to let the location know they offer a refund. They said I didn’t have to come back same day. I could come another day, but be sure to save the sandwich to bring back to them. Save your trouble try Eriks Café or Raleys. Much better quality.

The customer experience at this La Bou was extremely unprofessional. The employee on the headset on 11/17 at around 10:25 AM was short and rude, and when I asked the window employee for her name, she said she couldn’t disclose it. The employee who was rude had distinct, brightly colored dyed hair. The supervisor was also unprofessional—no apology, no acknowledgment, just excuses and a dismissive attitude.

To pay $14 for a sandwich and be treated this way is absolutely ridiculous. Either invest in better customer service at this price point or lower your costs, especially with Chick-fil-A next door setting the standard.

Stopped by today for what I thought would be a quick order. I walked in to order 1 peppermint latte.

After waiting for about 30 minutes, I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give me one. They just then decided to make the drink right then and there after forgetting my order for that long.

I understand they’re short-staffed but no apologies, no accepting my request for a refund, nothing.

Disappointed in the lack of customer service. I really need to learn not to tip prior to receiving service.

Yesterday, on my day—Veterans Day—I went through the drive-thru with a friend. She was kind enough to spend time with me on that day, and I bought us food that cost $48.25. I called to let them know they overcharged me because they gave her two BLTs we asked for one. They didn’t take any responsibility or apologize for the mistake; instead, they blamed her for ordering two. We explained it was only supposed to be two different sandwiches and two mango smoothies. They told me to come back, but I know myself—being a Marine, I would have been rude due to my experience over the phone. I don’t understand why women are always rude on the phone. It’s very unprofessional how they handled this situation yesterday, especially on a day that Veterans like myself get only once a year.

First time I’ve been to this particular La bou most likely the last. The croissant sandwich bread was dried out, service was pretty immature with one gal chewing gum at the drive-thru window. Tried to overcharge me and had to have it corrected. It’s the only La Bou I’ve come across with a drive-thru so unfortunate it wasn’t reaping better results

Love a good drive thru. The window clerk was friendly and made the experience with knowledge of the menu. They do have vegan items and almond milk.

We have been going to this LaBou for 15+ years and just recently experienced the most horrible customer service. A woman taking payment and handing us our food via the drive through this past Sunday around 1:05PM was beyond disrespectful. She was wearing a light blue short sleeve top and had the worst, most rude attitude I have ever experienced in the service industry. We ordered two simple salads with no extra anything and she acted as if we asked for a custom order. She was chatting with her colleagues when we drove up to the window, laughing, smiling, etcetera and as soon as she turned to us her facial expression turned to anger immediately. Her entire expression changed. It was extremely odd. she took my mom’s card rudely and just said “$25”, when my mom said thank you she didn’t even respond with any words whatsoever. I looked at her directly to try and figure out what her deal was and she just stared me down while we drove away. Very weird interaction and horrible experience. The owners of this LaBou need to do a serious revamp with respect to customer service if they want to stick around. Nugget market is opening up soon and will completely outshine them if not.

Close your eyes. Picture a Teryaki Chicken Sandwich. Open them. Is this what you pictured? It’s not like any Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich I’ve ever seen. If I just showed you this photo and asked you to name this sandwich… Bet it wouldn’t have Teriyaki in the name. I thought maybe she had misheard me and just heard Chicken Sandwich, so we sat in the drive thru line again (they only have the drive thru open) and said hey sorry, I think you gave us the wrong sandwich. This lady (very rudely) said no, this is exactly what you ordered. But there’s no Teriyaki sauce on it, I replied. She said “It’s very light”. I said, okay can I have a side of Teriyaki sauce then? She said ” We don’t have any Teriyaki sauce”. I’M SORRY, what? You don’t have any Teriyaki sauce? But you’re trying to gaslight me into thinking this plain old bland chicken sandwich that I already took I bite into just to make sure there was no Teryaki sauce on it, has Teriyaki sauce? She said she could give me the Chinese Chicken sauce they use for their Chinese Chicken salad. I said alright (I’d take anything at that point) then she said she ought to have charged me a dollar for the sauce but she’ll just give it to us for free…. Gee thanks. It tasted horrible btw.

Saw this place across the street from Starbucks while getting my coffee. Was kinda sick of pumpkin scones (I know, I know, how does that even happen) and wanted to try something new. Holy cannoli was that a good decision. The breakfast sandwich has garlic mayo on a croissant bun thing and it was so heavy I couldn’t believe it. Way too much sandwich for one person. The egg was moist, sausage wasn’t anything spectacular, croissant was buttery and soft, and the overall sandwich was way better than Starbucks. I’m in love. The lemon bar is good too. Everything feels very homemade, drive thru went quickly, staff was friendly. Highly recommend.
