We have an apartment that we own in Lake Worth and travel there two or three times a year from New York. Our first stop is always La Bonne Bouche. The croissants and pastries are magnificent, the best since visiting Paris many years ago.
The dinners are wonderful and everything is made to order. I cannot imagine how anyone could describe the experience of being there as anything but a culinary delight.

Marvelous French café & bistro.
Came for breakfast early on Sunday and enjoyed the food and the lovely service a lot.
The croissant are fresh, flaky in the outside, soft on the core, golden brown in the top.
Omelettes and Tartines were incredible.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our lactose intolerant needs.
We will come back!

a very lovely lunch. The best french onion soup I have ever had. The vintage french music and colorful country french table cloths set the mood for a wonderful experience. Authentic french chef with a real accent makes the food taste even better. I would definately return for dinner on a night when they have live music. The courtyard in the front is charming. Dont miss out on a fantastic way to spend your money on excellent food. Three Cheers the La Bonne Bouche. PS I cant wait to try the pastries I brought home to eat later this evening.

Funny to read the grouchy comments. Apparently comments fall on deaf ears. Maybe ten years ago I stopped here for a coffee and croissant. When I asked for butter he told me there was plenty of butter in the croissant already. Lol.. I like a little croissant with my butter. Personal preference that’s all. He did begrudgingly give me butter and didn’t even charge me. I would have preferred to be charged for the butter and not been scolded.
I have spent time and money downtown in the the last ten years but not there. Too bad he just “doesn’t get it” I haven’t been back since.

Homemade pastries and real french bread that has the perfect crust on the outside and softness on the inside. The escargot is amazing, in a cream sauce, I could die! The onion soup is the best I’ve ever had. And dinner is always executed perfectly. I came with two friends one night. We shared the duck, a perfectly cooked filet and the prize of the table was the monk fish, none of us were dissapointed. I could elaborate on dessert, but here’s my advice. If there is creme Brule, order it! Other wise, have a cappacino and order either the opera or brazilia. You won’t be disappointed. This is a true french dining experience, take your time and enjoy it as the French do!

you ll have a better chance to find the post office open than this crapy place. The food is not bad but why should you give your money to someone who s acting disturb when you come in? Further more, I am French and I am tired to be judge as rude because of people like them. Go to La Cigale, extremely good and so nice!

Very cozy, true French cuisine. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the ambiance of the live vintage French music.
