Came in from Omaha, Nebraska drove 8 hours and waited to eat here just for our server to be so rude. We asked what type of soda she had and she didn’t know and claimed “idk whatever comes out of the machine” & then we asked if would make two tacos a combo and she’s like “um no” & then we sat outside to be attacked by bees. We had to go inside and find a server just to get help. Anything we asked irritated our “server” probably will never be back here again. Mind you we were a family of 8, and we would’ve tipped very well, considering I’m also a server. If I could give this place 0 stars I would

Older lady with the black short hair, is alway rude, acts as if we are a bother to her. Today 5/23/25 we went to the window to place an order because they didn’t answer the few time we did call. She didn’t greet us, just asked what we were picking up. As we preceded to tell her we needed to order, she was visibly upset. My husband then told her just to forget it and she doesn’t seem to happy to take our order. We’ve gone to this restaurant for a while, it’s a shame to have to stop coming because of ugly attitudes towards the customers .

Building is very tiny! The server is fast but doesn’t come back to check on the table. You have to go to the register for refills or to order anything else. Food was excellent!

Great service, and here’s the underrated thing about it: Very nice and good people! The food is always amazing . I hate to admit this but I am always tempted to glutton myself because I love everything on the menu. This morning had some Chorizo and Egg Burritos and they hit the spot. I love supporting local business. La Bonita is my #1 day one.

Oh my goodness!! A MUST stop when in Scottsbluff to get some authentic, home- style Mexican fare. I felt like I was in someone’s home being served by their grandmother! Everything was so fresh so beautiful and so lovingly prepared. I highly recommend, and I’m a food snob

Perfect lunch spot, delicious food, very nice staff. They also have high chairs for little ones, which was great! Definitely order the meatball and/or Brussels sprout skillet. Avocado toast was also delicious, little toddler approved.
