Amazing Mexican restaurant! Food is incredibly tasty and non-pretentious, probably at the top of any Mexican restaurant that I have visited outside of Mexico.

I had dinner at La Bonita for the first time this week. We ordered tamales. They did not disappoint!!! So…so good. The chips are salsa were fresh and delicious. Their customer service was on point!! We plan to have dinner there again when we’re back in town next month. ¡Gracis La Bonita¡

Totally Authentic. Great food, service, and especially……attitude. Our first stop visiting from California. Creative and good/fancy Mexican drinks. 10 of us. They totally rocked it. Highly recommended.

La Bonita is the perfect little neighborhood burrito joint. Reasonably priced, and absurdly large burritos. Great for hangovers. Fairly busy lunch. Tacos are pretty solid as well. Lots of options on the menu. Colorful decor. Brightly painted walls. Amazing little place.

We LOVE La Bonita! Consistently delicious, very fair prices, pretty quick food prep, and in a great location where we’ve never had trouble finding street parking. I keep getting the carnitas nachos, and my husband loves the tacos and tamales. The nachos are HUGE – I always get them in the to go box because I can’t finish them in one sitting. They’d be perfect for sharing if you’re so inclined. Also the horchata is dairy free (not always the case as we’ve found out the hard way) and it’s so good. Great selection of jarritos sodas too. When we want fantastic Mexican food this is where we go!

Great little Mexican place… Authentic taste.. Large portions… I had the tostada w/chicken. “BIG”, Tasty, and flavorful.. My bf had the Chimichanga Again “BIG” And Tasty. The margarita was good. Can get busy, but worth the wait..

I had the garden burrito chimichanga. Very good. Only complaint is the sticky tables, which Ive noticed also at other places that have wooden tables…not sure if its due to the type of cleaning product they use, but it makes it feel unclean.

Food is generally good, but can be a little inconsistent, unfortunately. The burrito filling is often too heavy on the rice and not enough of the meat. Margaritas are certainly tasty. Avoid the side dining room by the bathrooms, it smells terrible! The bathroom cleaning products and other underlying smells are so strong that they make eating impossible. I wish they would use something a little less ‘industrial’.
