Enjoyed lunch here on a quick trip to the area, and we were very impressed with every aspect of this restaurant. Our meals (shredded chicken enchiladas suizas for me, a pork tamal and chicken enchilada for him) were exceptionally good, and Mexican food is one of our favorites, so we have it often. Even the two salsas and the guacamole were excellent. The service was wonderful as well, friendly and attentive. This will be a regular stop for us when we’re visiting Bodega Bay. Glad to have found La Bodeguita.

The people are great, Chili Verde plate was excellent, chicken tortilla soup was a little spicy for me but that’s personal preference. We took our food to go and it was packaged to perfection with the soup & side sides (avocado, sour cream, diced onion & cilantro, etc.) packaged up tight. We will definitely eat there or get take-out the next time we are in Bodega Bay.

We tried the burritos, fajitas, fish and chips (kid approved), enchiladas — all were above average. The staff was very pleasant. At least for us, at the time we went this place was less packed than the other Bodega Bay fair and had a better parking situation. We will go back again.

This is a really good family run restaurant. The crab enchiladas are the real deal, full mouthfuls of crab in every bite.
Service was quick, food arrived quicker. Prices are reasonable, especially for this area.

Had to give this hidden gem a review, so good! If you’re looking for a mission burrito I could see some people being disappointed. Seems the reviews are hit and miss, for our early dinner stop it was a hit. The salsa is something else! I have never had better and was delighted to find out they had made enough to sell me some to take home. I had the fish tacos which were excellent and served on a pickled cabbage and jalepeno slaw. The fish was perfect, not greasy, perfectly fried crispy batter served with a green rice and black beans. I ate every bite.
My mom had tamale and the chicken tortilla soup which she said was also delicious. I will definitely be back on my next drive to Bodega bay.

The food here was so good that we ended up eating here both nights during our trip to Bodega Bay. The flavor is truly something you will not forget. We were so impressed with the quality and the taste of every dish. Sadly we live too far away to visit regularly, but I hope many other people get to enjoy it. This is a must visit if you are in the area.

This is like the only restaurant in the area that stays open later than 6. When we got there, there was a line and we waited 30-45 minutes, but it was SO worth it. I had the wet chile relleno burrito, and it was one of the best things I’ve ever had. The sauce was amazing.

I had high hopes for the location but the food was bland, very little flavor. I did like the salsa that came with the chips. It was something different. The server was very nice but he had the entire dinning room by himself. I counted at least three tables waving across the room trying to get his attention to order.
