had a party at peekaboo and wanted to order 6 pizzas for the advertised deal of 3 for $45. woman on phone told me the total was $114. i asked about the 3 pizzas for $45 advertised on website. then she said the new total would be $104 instead of $90 plus tax because the discount could only be used once. i didnt want to play games on the phone and place 2 orders of 3 pizzas each (even though when i asked if that would work she said “i guess.”). the website didnt state it could only be used once unless i missed it somewhere in the fine print but i guess if that’s the policy, fine, i would not have made this post. businesses deserve to make money. what REALLY got me and made me say no thanks was when she said it was “only $10 more” to not honor the discount. neat.
great news is that crust and fire next door to peekaboo had 6 pizzas for $92 and they were LOVELY on the phone. so just a courtesy review for anyone who cares about only $10.

This place is going down hill… the costumer service is aweful, as we did a simple large pizza, pickup, and the young girl at the counter seemed to occupied with friends, then doing her job!.. as I stood there looking at my pizza getting cold for almost 6 mins.. it’s okay tho…they were talking about trucks…what a joke.. looks like me and my husband will have to look for a more caring and professional establishment…sad. Also called to speak with a manager, who u could hear through the phone telling the girl that he was too busy’ .. shame.

Not gonna lie , looks all good tastes ok but it’s just like most other pizzerias in NJ outdated, beat up and hanging on to the 90’s i guess thats the best words for it . Staff great except for this guy Reginald aka Reggie . Seems like it has it out for the world. But other then that there’s better pizza or food locally comparably by far . But if you on a pinch for a sloppy slice and you near the end of Medford and all you got is wawa or that then please do go there. But don’t have much expectations of it .

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband took my 1 year old here this evening around 5pm- he ordered meatballs for our little one’s dinner. When the meatballs were about 90% eaten he saw that there was raw chicken in the sauce. Immediately the girl at the counter was told and she brought it to the attention of the “head cook” who was also referred to as the manager. She returned offering a refund and apologized. She was a sweetheart and none of this lands on her. The “manager” asked for the chicken and we were told it was tossed in the trash. When the manager does not come out himself to apologize or discuss the matter that’s a red flag, to us. My husband went back to the counter to ask for the “head cook’s” name and we were told it is Freddy. He tried to discuss further the situation but the only one willing to talk was the young girl at the front. She did her best. What poor “leadership” by management. They were purposefully ignoring/brushing my husband off.
We will not be returning.

Not fancy but flavorful!
I’ve been visiting here for years getting the super large pizza slices and garlic knots but today i tried one of the lunch specials (11-3pm) Chicken cheesesteak with side salad ($5.50 + 2 salad)
Not only was the roll soft, cheesesteak seasoned just right, but the salad was nicely put together with tomatoes, cukes, olives, onions, grated carrots.
With everyone making excuses to raise prices the last 3 years, La Bella actually provided an affordable, delicious option. thank you!

La Bella Pizza is a small Italian restaurant on the corner of a strip mall in Medford, NJ. There is indoor seating and a cozy, outdoor patio area with very comfortable seating. The staff is high energy and very friendly. The slices are enormous and there are several options to choose from. I decided to go with the classic Margherita slice. Another interesting thing about this pizzeria is their unique bottled soda. They offer Grape, Birch Beer and Root Beer (and possibly more, but I have forgotten any others). I went with the Birch Beer which was very pleasant. The Birch Beer wasn’t overly fizzy and not as spicy as I’m used to. It was a mild flavor but paired nicely with the pizza slice. The slice had a thin crust on the bottom and the sauce was layered on top of the cheese. The sauce was much spicier than other pizza’s I’ve enjoyed, but this is likely, in part, due to the excessive sprinkling of oregano leaves. They got stuck in my teeth a little bit, but didn’t take much away from the overall experience, as they added a nice spicy flavor profile to the pizza. The crust at the end was crispy on the outside but also fluffy on the inside. The owner surprised me by throwing in a few garlic knots which were also quite good. They weren’t hot, but they did have a nice balance of garlic to butter. It was very kind of him to give me the hook-up and it made my experience much happier and made me feel special. Overall the pizza was pretty good and I would gladly stop by again if I were ever in the area.

They have pizza subs etc. The buffalo bites were good. Dough rolled around buffalo chicken. Salad was super cold and fresh and delicious. Pizza this time was good. It is hit or miss at times. Delivery was fast, they use slice app.

Only reason it’s getting two stars is for the food being decent. The customer service is atrocious never gets orders right then doesn’t compensate for their mistake. Orders always take hour plus to deliver the most simple thing. I’d highly recommend going elsewhere.
