I’ve been here countless times & always had a great experience. The only reason I didn’t give the food 5 stars bc on my last visit the chicken in my tacos seemed boiled or cooked them kept warm in water; they didn’t have any flavor. Overall I love the restaurant!❣️

Food was good! Service could have been better. Got there 2 hours bf closing. Drinks were great! Entrées were short of rice. We had to ask server ro get more rice which wasnt a problem,if it had been fixed right the first time.

Great experience! The variety of Mexican and Tex-Mex items is far better than your typical Mexican restaurant. You don’t have to choose from the same old selections. The complimentary salsa was fresh and tasty.

We ate at the bar and our bartender, Carmen, is fantastic! She gives great service while being friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back.

The food was really good, which surprised me. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was chill. The first time we visited was on a Saturday after a Mercer Bears football game and overall it was a good experience. The second visit was to ensure it wasn’t a one hit wonder type restaurant. We actually visited during lunch and was glad we made it in before the lunch crowd. Both times we had a great experience. The food and service did not wavier. We told our friends to get there input and so far so good. Will be visiting again and hopefully service and food stays on point!

I was having a diabetic episode so I stopped here for some food. The waitress understood and gave me some chocolate to relieve my shakes and offered me a seat until my food arrived. She was very understanding and helpful. I’m thankful for that. The food was also good. It saved me a trip for the Dr.

We went as a group of 3 to celebrate my aunt’s birthday! It was Cherry Blossom weekend so parking was a mission. My mom is on a scooter so zooming by in the rain was a necessity. The restaurant is very inviting and lively. Colorful in Mexican tradition with Hispanic music playing in the background. There were so many option on the menu, it was hard to choose. Our server gave us many suggestions and all the food she suggest was WOW! We ate two orders of Salsa, queso dip and nachos! My aunt ordered the Texas fajitas platter( steak, chicken and shrimp) this included rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, veggies, cheese and tortillas. She could not get enough. My mom ordered the Molcajete with all the meats( steak, chicken, chorizo and shrimp) with tortillas and fried cheese….it’s A LOT of food! Obviously we helped her eat it. I got taquitos fritos de barbacoa. They were covered in crema, cheese and avocado. Delicious! I was so full. This food is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve eaten at. Everything was prepared to perfection. Nothing was missing. My mom, aunt and I are not huge fans of Mexican food. We are still raving about our meal! We paid $100 bucks for 3 people and we had drinks! No regrets for sure. The Texas House Margarita and my Texas Mango Margarita was YUMMY but potent! My aunt’s complimentary birthday shot made her evening. We almost carried her to the car but so worth it! Can’t wait to go back and try the other platters. The cups our Margaritas came in were so adorable we purchased one. Thanks!

I finally got a chance to try this place.

I got tacos. The lengua, the pescado, and the stewed Chipotle chicken tacos.

The pescado (fish) taco was my favorite. Next time I’ll get all those with the extra Pico de gallo toppings.

All tacos were absolutely awesome. The corn tortillas were very authentically made and fresh. It also came with two different salsas, one extra spicy and a mild tomatillo.

The FREE chips and salsa were amazing. They were the best I have had at any other, similar establishment.

They really do an excellent job!

The best part is it only cost ~$15, after I tipped >20%.

The service was great. Soccer was on too!

I’ll be back soon! You should try it.

The food itself was hit or miss — the ceviche and salsa were really good — but unfortunately the service left a really bad impression.

I ordered a burrito that came with a “burrito sauce” I didn’t notice on the menu and it was nothing like I expected. I tried to eat it but after a couple bites it just wasn’t good to me.

When we explained this politely and asked if it could be remade without the sauce or removed from the bill, the server said no because “it wasn’t her fault.” I completely understood that — I never said it was her fault and even acknowledged that it was my mistake for not noticing the sauce. I was just hoping for some understanding or a solution.

Instead, she didn’t offer any alternatives or get a manager, failed to check on us afterward, and we had to get up to ask to pay.

I’ve worked in the service industry and I know things happen, but the lack of effort or basic customer care is what really left a sour taste.
