Been eating there for years. Always have a good meal and leftovers that I gladly eat the next day. This past week dropped by to have a very tasty Caesar Grilled Chicken Salad and the Barbecue Chicken Pizza that was delicious. Even the lemonade was good. Have had the lasagna before and I recommend it.

This place is surprisingly good. It’s pretty big and fun for the kids. The food is okay, a little overpriced. Staff is not too friendly, manager looked very upset. Our server was also not very friendly. The whole place smells really bad, like sweaty kids but I guess is expected ?

The manager was super rude!! They trying to kick us out even before 9pm when the closing time said 10:30pm the staff would ignore us when we where trying to buy a pitcher or any food since 7pm. When we finally got the attention of the girl working the register she said it was the bar was already going to close and it was barely 9 pm. The manager keep telling us its time to leave at around 9:30 and a little while after started banging his hand on the counter telling us to leave, it was so unprofessional. Honestly if i could i would give 0 stars never going there again.

Talk about night and day…Ariel at the main restaurant’s front counter was quite unhelpful, complacent, and tried to overcharge me with a more expensive item on the menu. Although I tried to gently point out the error, her pride got in the way. I even heard her passively back talk about me with another employee while she was near the back station! She was very spiteful and unprofessional to say the least. In fact, Tony, the owner, had to intercede and did his best to make things right. I still overpaid about $10.
On a positive note, Miss Loretta was very apologetic for my negative experience with that other individual and did a great job earning back my family’s and friends’ business.
I hope Tony acknowledges Miss Loretta’s save by deescalating the frustration and nonsense my family experienced.

Delicious pizza We got the family meal which was $50 (not including tax) but it was more than enough food for 4 people we have so much left overs! The service by the arcade was awful, but the service for the food was immaculate the people were so welcoming.

Such a great place to go after work for food, drinks, and a little fun. My coworkers and I went to celebrate a promotion. Our food was delicious and there were lots of options to share. We were able to play pool while enjoying a drink, pizza, and wings. Their wings are delicious! They’re great on their own and served with sauce on the side. Their pizza is super cheesy. The service was great as well!

Delilah at the game section was not able to help me and she was rude with a terrible attitude. I asked to speak with who is in charge and she claimed to be the manager of the area. So sad that such a good place could be ruined by rude customer service, my kid was very upset he couldn’t get his tickets.

I’ve had an interaction with Disney, one very rude and disrespectful person. I’ve been going to la Bella for decades and it’s the first time I have a complaint. Looks like a hardworking employee but his attitude is lacking. His tone and demeanor leave a lot to be desired.
