The food was generally excellent but there was an extremely long delay (more than half an hour) between our appetizer and our main dishes arriving. No explanation for delay. Tomato and mozzarella was very tasty and fresh, the lasagna was solid, but the tiramisu tasted like it was a couple of days old. Presentation was excellent and staff friendly.

Very good location, within easy walking distance to the station and the KKL concert venue, as well as practically opposite the Theater Luzern, making it a perfect spot for a pre-show dinner.
Service was friendly, very attentive and prompt.
Pizza was cooked to perfection.
One slight irritation was that the online reservation was not automated, i.e. I had to wait for a confirmation e-mail within around 24 hours. Nowadays I would expect this process to be fully automated and get an instant confirmation from the system.
But this took nothing away from our dining experience. Can definitely recommend!

Terrible service – ignored by the staff when we arrived who appeared overwhelmed and disorganised. We waited over an hour for food to come and then only half of us were served and I had to wait a further 10 minutes for my meal. Everyone else finished before me!!!!
The food was fine, but one of the worst experiences we’ve had in a long time.
I would highly suggest going elsewhere!!

The food was good but not exceptional regarding the position in the TripAdvisor ranking. The service was very slow and the waitresses were unfriendly and unworried for our happiness. We need to pickup the cheese by ourself. If the manager or the chef were sick this is not our problem. You were probably close during 2 months (covid-19) so you need to be alert and reactive for the client otherwise close your restaurant.

This is my second time visiting Lucerne and my second time eating at this place. It is safe to say, the next time I come back, I will eat here again. Yes, it is, that good! The Pizzas are my go-to, and they are fantastic. This time around I went for the ‘Prosciutto crudo, rucola e grana’ for CHF 26.-. It was so filling and sooo delicious. The staff are very friendly and although this is the Swiss German side of Switzerland, everyone knows English and most likely another two other languages too. IMPORTANT: Make sure you book a table. This is a very popular spot, and table booking is important.
