I loved this place. I had the Fajita Quesadilla. I will definitely get this again. Delicious guacamole and one of the best salsas with just a bit of smokiness. My husband has a combo with enchilada, tamal, and rellinos. It was quite a large portion of food and he loved it. My daughter had a Mole Burrito. That was absolutely delicious also.

Unexpected date nights are the best, especially when you’re craving Mexican food! Stopped by La Bamba in Plymouth and it did NOT disappoint.

Started off with their house-made guacamole – fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor.
I went for the steak burrito, smothered in rich red enchilada sauce – hearty and satisfying!
She got the Pollo Chipotle Chicken – super flavorful with just the right amount of spice! ️
Ended on a sweet note with churros – crispy, warm, and dusted in cinnamon sugar.

Great spot for authentic flavors, good portions, and a cozy vibe. If you’re in the area, definitely check it out!

I live in town and have seen more than a few restaurants move through. This is a restaurant with top quality food, drinks, and service. Having traveled for work through the SW USA, the recipes crafted here are as authentic as those frequented in AZ and TX.
Outstanding pico and mole sauces.

I recently had what we all considered the very best Margarita I’ve had anywhere — be sure to get the hand-made classic version. They make these by hand — no mix! WOW! they will customize to your liking.

I’ve been coming here for years and still think it’s certainly the best authentic Mexican south of Boston, and great quality cuisine for those who can appreciate complexity of well designed dishes.

La Bamba Tacos & Tequila – Plymouth, MA
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Authentic or just loco good? This place is everything. As a vegan who’s sampled tacos from Vegas to NYC, I can say—La Bamba is the real deal. The flavors here are so soulful, it feels like an old-school Mexican grandmother is back there whispering spells into the salsa.

Portions? Generous. Drinks? Strong. Vibe? Warm and fun. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. And the fact that there’s a parking lot—in downtown Plymouth? Instant win.

The food is bold and packed with flavor, and they actually care about vegan options. No random lettuce wraps here—just real, thoughtful meals that taste amazing.

If you’re in town, this should be your first stop. Great service, memorable food, and legit vibes. I’m definitely coming back.

La Bamba Tacos & Tequila is a new favorite in Plymouth. I loved their flavorful salsa and the unique chicken fajita salad served in an edible, crispy taco bowl. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the staff was very friendly. Plus, their menu with pictures made ordering a breeze!

Let me just start by saying I’m a huge fan of Latin food. It’s my favorite cuisine and we’re from Providence (home of all the good food lol), so I’m pretty opinionated. My family lives here on the south shore and I grew up nearby. I’ve been on the hunt for the best Latin meal in the area and this is definitely the place. This was easily bumped to my top three restaurants over here and the best quesabirria I’ve had in New England. The flavor was unreal, and it came with guac, pico, and sour cream on the side. The consomé was extremely flavorful and made it taste even better. The salsa was a little spicy (like a 3/10 on my spice meter) but also extremely flavorful. I also ordered a delicious passionfruit margarita. I highly recommend this place, it’s clearly a south shore hidden gem. Our server was extremely attentive, fast, and super sweet. She remembered everything verbatim and was very accommodating and welcoming. Staff was also super friendly. You have to go for lunch after the beach for the relaxing atmosphere and order the birria. You won’t be disappointed.

It was excellent. We had the Steak Rancho which is a ribeye with sides and grilled shrimp on top. Delish! Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was fun, colorful, and authentic.
