Here at our West Norman location, we have the “Toast of the Town” with five delectable french toast options, ranging from traditional to new and inventive plates. Nothing says brunch like eggs “bennies” and mimosas, so this classic duo also joins our menu with delightful varieties as well. We still have our favorite soups, salads, and sandwiches available each day, so we are a one-stop location for your morning and midday meals.

I have to give La Baguette five stars. The food from the restaurant part is very good with a variety of different menu items to satisfy just about any palette on any given day. The desert side is equally delicious with an incredible selection to choose from. I’ve been eating here for many many years and plan to continue doing so and I’d recommend it to anybody, you won’t be sorry you did.

Superb!! Went for brunch. Nice atmosphere, quiet, easy to hear the person you are dining with. Excellent service, everyone is friendly and inviting. Ordered the crab cakes benedict. Truly, the most mouth-watering, buttery hollandaise sauce I have ever tasted! Prices are reasonable and food quality/portion sizes are great!

Come and enjoy a French Dip, Parisian, Mediterranian, Portobello, Reuben, NY Stile Sub, Italian Chicken, Croque Monsieur, lots of salads and many deserts you heart desires; Chocolate Moose, Italian Cream, Mice for you and your cat, just kidding, don’t give chocolate to your cat though, and Napoleon? Run! “the French are coming,” Eclair, so Greek to me, just kidding again, this place is fun, good food pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and I wonder is the chef can speak French? It’s a French establishment but they speak English, Hurray!

This review is only for their lunch and dinner menu, not their desserts!! La Baguette on Rambling Oaks has a different menu than the one on Main Street. I have never tried the one on Rambling Oaks until very recently. I went there with my 2 sisters and we all were pleasantly surprised and happy after eating there. I tried the Asian Pasta, one of my sister’s had their Pizza and another one tried the Caramello sandwich with Tofu. Of all the 3, Asian Pasta is the best, it has penne pasta with different veggies and a ginger peanut sauce. It tasted so good that i had to go back another time to eat the same dish. It didn’t disappoint me even the 2nd time. I think i found my dish at La Baguette. The location on Main Street is catered more towards college students with lunch combo specials like half sandwich/half soup, etc.

Always spotlessly clean. Wonderfully sinful bakery desserts. Only for special occasions for my family, but still have been consistent and have the size choices happily to allow reasonable “death by chocolate” or other treat.

This review only applies to their bakery section. I have not sampled the restaurant portion.
Good service, honest staff, clean locale, very clean restrooms, and appetizing presentable foods. Metal silverware, ceramic plates, all well washed and clean.
Multiple varieties on the bakery menu, barista options, soft drinks, and the expected french bakes.
I sampled the strawberry french napoleon, it was a little soggy on the top, layer; the cream, strawberry and bake flavor was good. Also sampled their french bread. Thin crispy outer layer with soft but not-too-soft inside, not sour not sweet, just enough saltiness, impressed.
Price maybe slightly inflated but may be worth it if you grow tired of Starbucks and their no longer quiet atmosphere. The french bakes have an upperhand. Soft anjoyable music, adds good atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi. Military friendly.
I sampled their Vienna coffee. Thicker grind, not too strong flavor wise. If you want just plain coffee, I would advise to pair it with a treat. It’s not bold or full of flavor, if anything it maybe a little “plain”. I believe however that their coffee is a good selection for mixing with baked sweets.
Close to Auto-Valet Car Wash, a vehicle detail business. This bakery is a great place to enjoy a warm cup of coffe or expresso with a nice bakery treat while you wait.

Eggs Benney and California burrito. I highly recommend. The burrito had a sauce similar to a ranchero sauce. Everything was very good. Lip smacking good.
