My first visit to this place. I guess you could call it a hidden gem in Elgin Texas. They offer a variety of Mexican cuisine gorditas, menudo and different types of barbacoa that you don’t find everywhere this looks like it used to be just a food truck but is currently enclosed so that you can enjoy and dine in open till 4:00 p.m. I definitely recommend giving it a try
