You have never had ice cream like this before!! Forget about gelato ice cream , forget about cold stone ice cream. They got nothing on this unique ice cream called Nieve (Spanish for snow) it really has the texture of mountain snow. You won’t believe it until you come and try it. I have impressed alot of friends with this ice cream. My favorite flavor is nuez (Spanish for pecan) it is hands down .
Small pro tip there is not really parking. You can park at the local park here.
This is not your standard walk in ice cream shop. This is a food truck parked on Vineland. DO NOT CONFUSE THIS truck with another truck sometimes parked on temple. 2 differnt trucks. La absipa (Spanish for bee ) is the truck you NEED to try.

Great food truck but they’re not very communicative of their hours. Sometimes they’re there and sometimes they’re not. They should consider posting on their Instagram whether they’ll be open or not. Their main website mentions their hours but they don’t abide by them.

I’ve only had the lime Diablito and it’s always tasty. I always ask for extra chile and chamoy but they don’t seem to do it. It almost seems like they just coat the walls of the cup with chamoy to make it look like it’s got extra. But either way, it’s good. I’ve been there with family and friends and they all seem to enjoy whatever they get.
