Gave this place a try but should’ve just gone to ono, food was flavorless especially the Mac salad, little portions and pretty expensive. Customer service was not good. Probably won’t be going back, then the spam masubi looked like this. Terrible!

I went here for my first time and ordered a katsu plate to which everything was fine, the portions were great with the plate looking full and about maybe 18 pieces of chicken. I went for my second time and I ordered the same thing, looking forward to a filling meal but what met me was the saddest plate I have ever for my money. With about 12 of the smallest pieces of katsu chicken and scoops of rice that looked like they were scooped with the smallest spoon ever. I saw in the kitchen maybe it was a new worker but none the less, not worth the money.

The Mac salad was flavorless.
Bbq chicken bowl was just Ok. We were a little disappointed overall with the food.
They do have a variety of food choices but we didn’t order very much. What we did order was meh.i really wanted to like this place. I will give this place another try once it’s officially open later this month.

This L&L nothing like the one back home in Gardena. I was very disappointed cause I love L&L but at this location the quality was just bad quantity was like as if the cost of rice was ridiculous same with mac. Just go to the Ono Hawaiian quality is better and quantity is better. I’m sorry L&L but if this location is going to represent you just shut it down.

I got ripped off here and the food tasted horrible. Ordered an extra macaroni salad and it was literally a tblsp scoop. Also ordered spam masubi. The spam was cut like a sliver of a piece, I could only taste rice. UNREAL. Never again. Literally took my money for scraps. Find a place that doesn’t rip off customers trying to support

Just opened. Growing pains. Eventually they will get better just like any restaurant that settles down. Different than ono thats for sure but will come back once the hype is down see how they have improved or not
