Their food is very delicious and you can clearly taste every different type of flavor in the food. It has a taste like no other Italian kitchen in the mall and overall is a very good place to eat if you’re in a rush or in need of something quick. There portions are also really big like the pizzas very fulfilling especially at a great price. You can get so much out of it. Definitely recommend if you’re not sure where or what to eat.

Complaint about food poisoning caused by your restaurant
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my visit today. I ate at your restaurant around 7 PM and ordered a pizza combo (Margherita and Hawaiian) with a Dr. Pepper. I had only eaten breakfast earlier in the day, skipped lunch, and did not consume any other food before or after my visit — so the source of the issue is absolutely clear.
Immediately after taking a sip of the drink, I noticed a strong chemical taste, almost as if cleaning solution had been mixed into it. A couple of hours later, I became severely dizzy and ended up vomiting. This was clear food poisoning, and the timing makes it undeniable that it came from what I consumed at your establishment.
This situation is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards and the safety of your beverage handling. I expect a prompt and thorough investigation, particularly regarding whether cleaning agents or any other contaminants could have gotten into the drink or the fountain dispenser.
I also expect a response explaining how your restaurant will address this serious failure to ensure it does not happen to anyone else.

First time trying them while visiting this new mall, I had the baked ziti with the meatballs, very very good, I like how he asked if I needed sauce as well, very good service, and those bread sticks !!! Definitely will be back when I’m out this way .

The pizza was ok. It was sitting out and they warmed it in a pizza oven. However, the woman helping us last night was terrible. It was 10 minutes to closing and I get that you want to clean up and go home, however, there was a ton of pizza left over and people in line. She stopped sweeping after she barely noticed us talking to her, didn’t wash her hands, and then got slices for us. She looked miserable and angry. I truly felt bad for her. She barely spoke to us, threw our slices in a Styrofoam container, and charged us. This was my first time stepping into the mall and my last. The food court was disgusting and it was disorganized and messy. Never again!

Im not sure what all the complaints are about rhe Pizza being a poor taste but my daughter and i ordered the 2 slices of pizza with a drink combo to share and we thought it was very delicious, also at the time that we came there wasnt much of a wait and in minutes we got our food and had lunch. Next time i come to shop at thw Galleria i will stop by again for a lunch.
