I enjoyed the Chicken Carbonara which featured a classic Italian taste and a good mixture of salt and Alfredo, as well as well seasoned chicken. However, the flavor was somewhat lacking and I would consider it average. I do recommend trying.

Their food truck came to our apartment. Having little experience of American or Italian food, I cannot give a detailed analysis or subjective review on the authenticity of the cuisine. However, I loved their lasagna and parmesan baked pasta. Both were reasonably priced but sumptuous, fresh and extremely delicious. The garlic bread was too salty. The truck was very clean and well maintained compared to others I have seen in this area. Service was good and fast. Will definitely order again.

Great Italian/American comfort food! Food was very fresh. I had the chicken parmesan hoagie which was the perfect mix of chicken, sauce, and cheese and a nice hoagie bun. Came with a side of fries. It’s a food truck so seating options will vary. Will be back!

This is an excellent American Italian-style food truck. The folks were friendly and passionate about their food. It didn’t take long to get my order. I went with the meatball hoagie that came with fresh-cut fries and enjoyed it thoroughly. The meatballs were particularly tasty. This fits in to a sort of comfort food American Italian genre for me and I prefer it to my other options so far. I will track them down in the future and try more.

K’Zolis Food Truck came to my apartment complex. Even though a lot of people were ordering, our meals came up fast. My family got three orders of spaghetti and meatballs. The portions were generous. We each got three meatballs. There was melted cheese on top of the spaghetti, and a nice size piece of garlic bread. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend K’Zolis!

I’m amazed they have the nerve to call this Italian food. They offered me thin noodles. I got flavorless spaghetti. I asked for vegetables and got squash so overcooked it was disgusting mush. The Alfredo sauce had no flavor or richness. Just watery slop. Then I’m assuming to add flavor they dumped a bunch of raw dried herbs on top of the “dish”. I’m assuming this cooks family loves her food but it should not be served for money.

I was working an event and they were nice enough to offer us some of the leftover food and it was incredible! I got to try the lasagna and a salad. I will definitely be looking for them in the future and showing all my friends.
