We tried this spot this morning and it exceeded our expectations. Absolutely wonderful service from the ladies, they were so welcoming and helpful. The menu has so much variety and quantity, anyone can find something delicious here. We had the combo with a wrap, which we did get very full off of. The 3 in 1 green juice I got was super refreshing and fresh and the soursop juice was perfect! They have a very nice outdoor seating area where you can play music and choose what you want to watch and you can even rent it out for an event. The cafe itself was very clean and cozy. I highly recommend this place, I haven’t found places like this in Hialeah up until now! Can’t wait to come back!

This place is great everyone who works there treats you with the upmost respect and are very engaging with conversation. They have a variety of protein packed smoothies for that post workout hunger. Or if you just want to drink something refresing that you know is good for the body. I recommend this place

I don’t understand why this place isn’t more popular. DELICIOUS and HEALTHY. Customer service is great. The restaurant is clean and very tiny. But they have great outdoor seating. That’s the last part of my chicken Cesar wrap in the picture because I forgot to take picture because it was just that GOOD. Don’t hesitate. Eat here.

Kzwellness is inside the youfit in Hialeah. They sell wraps and smoothies from inside the youfit (but it does have another door to get inside during youfit off hours. Anyway there are many different flavors for the smoothies as well as supplements you can add to the smoothie. Also the wraps have different meats, cheese etc. This is very good post workout. I do recommend
