The restaurant itself is very nice and the food was great. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by the attitude of our server. She was unfriendly, rushed, and made us feel unwelcome, almost as if she didn’t want to serve us. This kind of attitude really took away from what could have been a perfect visit. Management should address this, because the place has a lot of potential, but service like this leaves a bad impression.

Fantastic! I got the Sapporo bowl and my colleague got the Kimchi bowl. No leftovers, and these portion sizes are pretty big! If/when I come back, I would definitely try the tiramisu.
I’ve been to the ramen Alley in Sapporo, Japan and the bar area where you walk in is really similar to what I saw there, if you’re looking for authenticity! 10/10

Like the full Japanese experience we had our own booth separate from other guest that gave us a nice cozy experience. My waiter was very friendly and recommended a few dishes. The fried oyster was so delicious they practically melted in my mouth as I ate them and the bubble tea gave me such a suger rush. Everything was a 10/10. The next time we go back we get a free drink and free topping from playing the cute bingo game.

This place is too cute (especially for a quick date lunch!). They have private individual booths that give a sweet, intimate vibe and come with a call button to alert your server that you’d like them to come to your table.
We stopped in for a lunch date, and we were pleasantly surprised with how fast and efficient the service was. I had the fried dumplings and a pork belly bao bun. The Mister had the chicken Ramen (which looked so good I couldn’t resist tasting when it came to the table). Everything was really good, flavorful, and came to the table piping hot (which is a HUGE plus for me). But by far, the highlight of my visit were the dumplings! So good!
Oh, we did try the passion fruit tea. It was okay. It’s not necessarily something I’d order again. But that’s only because I wasn’t a fan of the jelly pieces inside. The tea itself tasted great.

My husband wanted to surprise me with something cute and unique For a date night. Walking in the atmosphere is adorable and they even sat us up in a high spot so we could look over the restaurant. That was the literal highlight of this experience. The service was By far the worst service I’ve experienced in my life. There is absolutely no effort put on by the waitress to help at all. They don’t explain the menu. They don’t explain the drinks. It felt like I was annoying them by showing up and being a customer. I go to order the A2 off the menu and she tells me they are out of dessert. I said that’s fine. I’d still like this combo then she asked me what Ramen I wanted. I didn’t know I had options. I thought it was just what came on the combo so she says you need more time then and walks away. We press the call button. Nobody shows up I see her walk by stare up at me with me and my husband looking at our phones and then walked back up to the front without checking us for over 10 minutes. We decided to leave because the aggravation of dealing with this kind of service was not worth spending our money at this place. At that point she was sitting at the register just watching TikTok‘s on her phone. It’s an absolute shame that such a cute establishment that looks like it has a delicious food has such horrible service that I will never go back. Looking back at the reviews it seems like the same horrible people have been working there for seven months as there’s a literal picture a customer took of one of these servers yell yelling at them. We ended up going to a new spot in Flowood and I am so grateful for the amazing service and kindness that was shown to me there. The food was delicious and I can’t wait to eat my leftover Ramen for lunch tomorrow!

100% shocked this place is in Jackson! Very cool/unique design on the inside. The honeycomb setup of the tables is so creative. We were sat in a classic little booth complete with curtain, felt very private. Definitely felt like the real deal! We got several appetizers, the tokoyaki (octopus) balls, agedashi tofu, and pan fried dumplings. They were all very good. The tonkotsu ramen with black garlic (#1) was also quite delicious. We definitely left full. And the service was also very excellent. If you haven’t been here yet, I 100% recommend a visit!

What a great place to get all your Japanese food. The ramen was flavorful, probably the best you can get in Mississippi. The Thai iced tea was really good and not too sweet. The place was beautiful, nice clean spot. Menu was easy to read with pictures. They have combos which were nice. They have a bell you can ring for ordering. The omnirice was delicious, good flavor. The Ramen itself was very good, I love the toppings. The soup was very filling. I was able to finish all of it and I enjoyed how you get a chance to win a prize at the end of your meal. Overall great place I would highly recommend it and I would come back.

I was there Wednesday at lunchtime. Service left a lot to be desired. Even though there was only 1 other table occupied, we had to push the button twice to get our server’s attention to order more food. I was also disgusted to hear multiple f bombs in the rap music being played at that time of day. I had my young daughter with me and am thankful she was distracted by other things and didn’t notice the language. For these reasons, I am unlikely to come back even though the food is delicious

My husband and son have been here before. It’s me and my daughters’ first time here! We were served with excellent customer service by Crystal! Crystal had given some suggestions on my order and it turned out wonderful. She was kind, professional, and attentive to our needs! The noodles and boba drinks were absolutely delicious! Thank you Crystal for the great experience and for serving us wonderfully.
