It’s an amazing place!! Staff is very polite and attentive, they take suggestions preety well!! Now Talking about food , so it was served fresh and sizzling hot!! Sushi rice wasn’t mushy nor dry. They ran out of scallops, deep fried tofu and fried calamari. I was a little disappointed because it’s a restaurant and they should have all the ingredients for all the dishes. I came within hour after it opened. They could’ve told me they ran out when I ordered so I can go somewhere else to eat. Instead the some food was brought out then I was told what I wanted was out of stock.

Came here for my brother’s birthday (he loves this place). I got the all you can eat at dinner time. Honestly this was my first time eating sushi and it was really GOOD! lol I know that because I don’t have it much my view might not mean much. My brother and uncle on the other had eat sushi alot and loved it. I also had other things on the menu and it was just as tasty.

10/10 best sushi place I’ve been to in my lifetime. The sushi rolls are phenomenal and I love the variety of the menu. I’ve been to a few other Kyotos, but for some reason I feel like the Eagan one does it best. The pricing is great especially if you go during lunch. All you can eat is around $25, so it can’t get much better than that for fresh sushi and hibachi!

Was very disappointed today, we were seated promptly, however our server seemingly went out of her way to completely ignore us. No greeting, did not come to our table for over 15 minutes after being seated, so we decided to leave instead. She made eye contact with me multiple times going to every table around us, but apparently couldn’t be bothered to take our order. Though the table seated right next to us after the 15 minutes of waiting got their order in as soon as they sat down.

I think the Eagan location offers the best food. I appreciate the differentiated pricing for lunch and dinner’s all-you-can-eat option. Other locations only offer a single price for the entire day. The rice and protein portion is perfect. I visited on a Sunday afternoon, so it might have been the specific chef working that day. Service is great as well

Perfect rice to fish ratio (fish to rice ratio?) for sushi!! Unagi is my favorite, it’s so tasty Ramen is ok. I like curry chicken and fried scallops too.
