Ordered lunch and had the server with bangs, I am convinced she forgot about us, and my steak was raw when I didn’t ask for uncooked steak. Didn’t even bother asking her to get it remade because she never came over.

We had an amazing experience celebrating our son’s 13th birthday at Kyoto! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and made our celebration feel special. Our hibachi chef, Anthony, was so fun, engaging, and entertaining he really made the night memorable for our family. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. It was the perfect place for a birthday celebration, and we’ll definitely be back!

The food here now sucks they have a poser who can’t even make decent fried rice. His food was burnt and rushed he didnt talk and we are sick from the food! If I could leave a 0 I would. This place used to be so great and now the best workers have left.

Ate here exactly at 3 for the hibachi. The chef was nice but damn does he drown the food in oil in order to do his chef tricks. The appetizers were alright but the main course wasnt that great. On top of that, once I got my main meal after about 5 minutes, the hostess kept asking if I was ready for the check.
ON TOP OF THAT, once I got my main course food and was eating, I noticed a baby cockroach just walking along my table. I brought it up to the hostess and she tried to fix it by giving me “half off” of my bill. Really? I ended up just paying for my appetizers because I just wanted to leave but I will not be coming here again.

We had the BEST hibachi experience thanks to Chef Anthony! From the moment he stepped up to the grill, he brought the perfect mix of skill, personality, and fun. He kept us laughing the whole time while cooking everything perfectly. The fried rice, steak, shrimp, veggies… all delicious!
Anthony’s energy made the night unforgettable. He was engaging, entertaining, and you could tell he truly loves what he does. Our whole table was smiling from start to finish.
If you’re coming here, ask for Anthony. He takes the hibachi experience to a whole new level. Highly, highly recommend!

Sushi is pricey while average quality. Sushi chef has no clue on cutting salmon nigiri, leaving a strip of dark grey on the side of salmon. Also the size of salmon was not consistent.
Hibachi chefs have always been great.
I can’t be overly critical since nobody in pensacola has good sushi.

Went there for lunch 30 bucks ouch and that was with water steak was chewy and rice had zero taste no bean sprouts and no show huge mistake huge disappointment. I could have eaten at four different places at $10 each and been more satisfied for the same price as I paid for one. yikes

I had dinner with my father at this restaurant. It was okay. We wanted to see the show, but because we arrived 30 minutes before closing they couldn’t give us a show, but at least they were able to cook what we wanted. I had the Steak, Chicken, and Shrimp combo with fried rice and vegetables. Without the show, the food was just ok. The steak was tender, and the chicken and shrimp were flavorful. The fried rice tasted bland something about the texture was off. I also had some fried tempura apps and edamame, they were good and fresh. The salad was normal, and the miso soup was perfect.
The service was a little too fast, but we got everything hot, and the service was friendly. Then at the end when we got our check we ended up waiting a lot longer than expected; I guess the waitress forgot about us because someone else cashed up out because they noticed that we were sitting there just waiting for a while.
I know this is a local hotspot for Japanese hibachi, but this place was just okay..

Man i really want to be able to say i enjoyed the food but I would be lying. The service was great and cook was friendly. My children enjoyed their food. Unfortunately, the place did look very run down on the outside and felt dirty on the inside as well. My plate was greasy and there was a weird smell in the air. My shrimp tasted off and my daughter’s scallops were raw. It wasn’t too bad overall and would go again if someone invited me or something but i wouldn’t choose to go myself. I hope they can make necessary changes before it’s too late since they were so nice. We went in on a Saturday night and the place was pretty empty. Seems to be in the process of going downhill sadly.
