Waitresses and staff are rude more often than not. I have been served rancid tasting fountain drinks, expired bottles drinks. I have been served sushi that is turned. Sushi is my favorite food and I truly wish this place was better, so I could eat here, but everytime I try and give it another chance, they let me down, and this is over a span of 7 years that I have been trying to eat here and not hate it.

This place was really good and if you like something sweet the Hawaiian roll is the one to get and their general tso’s is actually general tso’s chicken it has that spice to it and it’s really good pretty much everything I’ve eaten there is pretty good highly recommended but you are going to spend a little bit of money rolls are usually about ten to twelve dollars and then a lot of the other stuff when there’s anywhere from 8 to to $15 depending on what you get obviously if you get something special he’s probably going to be more but overall it’s pretty good price

The female with tattoos all over her is extremely rude, didn’t even check on us once including drinks. She was yelling at coworker while we were in there as well. Very unhappy, this needs to be fixed.

We’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years. However, we came back to town for doctors appointments. So we thought, let’s get Kyoto . We ordered broccoli steak, my wife’s plate was a lighter color and it taste different from mine. So we don’t like to send food back, as we’d rather pay for our egg rolls and drink and the waitress said I understand and said let me at least tell the owner. We say okay, surely she’ll see reason. But no she told me everybody loves it and we explained how we’ve been going there for years and have never had a problem, we loved it too, but it wasn’t working this time. She told us you order you pay, mind you we took one bite of each others plate and my wife’s had absolutely no flavor compared to mine, but we paid the entire bill. That owner is a very angry person, she should learn how to treat customers. Too bad!!

Delicious sushi! So surprised to find a GOOD sushi restaurant in Duncan, Oklahoma. The prices are fair and I haven’t had any issues other than the wait for our food being a bit long. Definitely recommend!
