Went for lunch and was thrilled with how much food we got for the price. $11 per entree. The sushi rolls had a healthy amount of fish, more than I am used to. Chicken and omelette had a good flavor to it. In addition to the soup and salad that came with lunch, we were served a cold noodle salad upon being seated. Staff was really nice. Place was busy but not overly so.

It was my first time checking out this joint. My cousin and my aunt brought me. They come here all the time. Great pick! I was blown away how great everything was!! The sea urchin, the eel and that muscle just wow!! The service was awesome too y’all!! I’ll definitely be back!!

Addendum: We have since become regulars here and love it!! Everything is top notch, the food and the service!! Kyoto 2 Rules!!!

I was skeptical at first when I came across this sushi spot on Google because of the location. It is located in a strip mall right off of Citrus. This place is a hidden gem. Our server Diaz was awesome. He provided us with sushi recommendations and was attentive and friendly. We ordered the Shrimp Crab Rangoon and it did not disappoint. It was phenomenal.

I decided to try the Yellowtail neck which is listed as an appetizer but can be considered a meal and the fish was delicious. The unforgettable roll was pretty unforgettable it is a massive sushi roll. We decided to end our meal with Mochi. The plum wine- tasted like bubblegum and the chocolate mochi was amazing. Counting down the days until I head back to this spot.

This is the absolute best sushi we have ever had! We only eat sushi here! There are no other substitutions! You will not regret it. The people are always so nice and their service is fast.

The food was not good. Ordered the bbq salmon roll and the salmon tasted extremely fishy with no flavor. Nothing I ordered tasted fresh and my sushi was abnormally wet. This honestly was the worst sushi I have ever had. Will not be going back.

The food is awsome, we had a 8.99 lunch special and it was more that we could eat so it’s not only good it’s also very affordable. We wish our waitress was a little more attemptive we did feel like she did the minimum at times, she was not rude or anything like that she was just not there for questions and comments. Will be back for second round sometime soon.

This is a great seemingly family owned restaurant. The menu is very interesting and everything we have ever had has been delicious. I traveled with a band to Japan in the 80s and these are the dishes I remember. Check it out!

Impeccable service, but very average sushi! It’s not a bad thing, so Kyoto may still be worth giving a try. I had the Funky Margarita Roll and it was average…there really isn’t much more to say. From reading the description, I expected a flavor explosion but the guacamole on top felt and tasted weird in my mouth. The other guest had the Beef Teriyaki. It was cooked fine (as far as texture and execution) but needed more seasoning overall. I’m glad that I finally got to try Kyoto 2 but don’t think I’ll be returning.
