Located inside food court H Mart of Arcadia . Plenty of seating. Good Jiajong noodles. Big portion and delicious. Reasonably priced for food court type of dishes. The wait time is only a few minutes. Self service. Very convenient for a quick bite.

First time to Kyodong Noodle. What captured my eye were these huge noodle dishes that everyone was eating in the food court area plus these fried things. They turned out to be a jjampong which was a spicy seafood noodle and tangsuyuk which was a sweet and sour fried pork. The portion size of the noodles could easily serve two to three people and the combo was a great option to enjoy the noodles and fried pork. The flavors were good and the noodles had mussels, squid, clams and shrimp. On the fried pork was carrot, cucumber, pineapple and woodly fungus over a sweet and sour sauce. For the price and food, I would go back and order this again.

Wish it could be more sweet and spicy, but it’s still delicious on the savory side and for being inside a food court. Crispy pork was delicious very enjoyable with the ambiance

This spot is inside HMart and it’s my go-to whenever I’m craving a jjajangmyeon combo. The service is always quick and the staff are super friendly. Portion sizes are generous for the price, which makes it even better. The noodles are nice and chewy, and the black bean sauce has good flavor without being too bitter. The tangsuyuk pork was fried perfectly—crispy, fragrant, and delicious with the sweet and sour sauce. I also love the little yellow pickles on the side; they really help balance everything out and give a refreshing finish to the meal.

I was so surprised once I saw it got 4.9 on Google Maps, then I realized that only 8 reviews. I will give it a fail score for this restaurant. It is located inside H Mart, Arcadia, CA. I love H Mart and always had something to eat after or before the shopping. I had a spicy seafood noodle soup and fried sweet and sour pork stick set. I have to say they are good-looking, they can get 4-star if the score is only by looking.
But the taste was awful, it’s tasteless. The pork was only sweet without sour, even touch. And the pork stick is full of stalk but with a very tiny pork slice inside and also tasteless. The noodle soup was not spicy even not salted. The seafood portion was a very small and bad smell. My daily eating is very light salted, even though I still feel the foods were tasteless. Can you imagine how bad the flavor is?

Good: great value (if take into account of California pricing), noodle was great. Like the menu item#1 and #2.
Opportunities for improvement: went there three times. At least two times, there were no other customers ahead of me, but the chef won’t cook my food immediately, instead he took his time to prep/cook other things.

Stopped by for some takeout as i was craving haha GM Yun or black bean noodles. Also needed some fruit, so i opted for Kyodong which is located in the HMart supermarket.
Food and service was pretty good and was nice to be able to shop while your waiting for your food. One thing the Korean shops perfected is packing food to go and it was no different here. Neatly packed and in great shape when I got home. The noodles were tasty too, but I’m used to getting some ground meat mixed in the sauce and there wasn’t any in their version. Could have been five stars, but their version isn’t cheap, so I expect to get a little meat at least. Glad I ordered a combo which included the sweet and sour pork, because I am not a vegetarian :). The combo is a great option when your eating alone cause buying the two items separately would set you back way over $30+. Was definitely enough food me with even some left over for about $27 after tip. The sweet and sour pork was also pretty good. You do get one side dish, yellow radish which pairs well with the dishes, just wish they had kimchi as well. All in all a great dinner which hit the spot, but will keep trying other spots for jajangmyun for the next time.

Whenever I go to hmart food court, I have to mentally battle between going to kydong noodle or kazu mori. Both are so yummy and are great value with their giant portions! We wanted both the jjamppong and jjajangmyeon but the portions are so big (especially the jjamppong!) that we had to choose one. My partner and I split the jjajangmyeon combo no problem. The jjajangmyeon is sweeter than what I’m used to but still good and has nice chunks/cubes of pork. The sweet and sour pork was nice and crispy too. Such great value!

I missed that this place was located inside of the HMarket . I’m still looking for a replacement to New Garden (Hacienda Heights) Jajamien noodles. This was a good start. A small storefront with a few other eateries sharing large tables. Noodles were thick and chewy and the sauce was meaty. I needed a little soy sauce and pepper to punch up the sauce but I love the shredded cucumbers on top. Good start on my journey for good jajiang noodles.
The HMart is Asian market paradise with every food, snack , produce you can imagine.
