Saturday lunch wasn’t busy and was incredibly friendly atmosphere. Our hibachi cook was fun and delightful. The food was delicious and well priced. Portions of meat seemed kinda small, but fresh. Our service was new or nervous. He made a few mistakes but in all a great visit. Limited menu items was a pinch and we asked for Miso soup and got the other option for soup instead… willing to return. Recommend for friends getting together for a fun time.

Firstly, I used to go to this place when it was across the street as just plain ole’ sushi rock. I didn’t even know that they moved and expanded! Nice spot (old Smoky Bones maybe?) by the mall, very large inside with countless grills. I did notice it slightly smelled of something odd when walking inside, but the aroma soon took over from the grills. We waited a short five minutes before being sat. The place is very loud as a warning … louder than other hibachi places. I ordered the filet and shrimp, and it was very good. You definitely will not leave hungry. I like their shrimp (yum yum) sauce here because it is not as sweet as others in the area.

The food was on point. Everything you’d expect from hibachi grill. The lady’s at the front told us it would be a 25 minute wait which ended up being less then 5. Our server was super nice. A bit disappointed in our chef. He didn’t seem in a good mood. Barley spoke to anyone at the table. Didn’t have much interaction with us. The “show” if you will just wasn’t there. Idk if he was just having a bad night or what. The food was good though. This was our first time trying this place and idk if we will be going back..

Food was really good and the chef was good for hibachi, the seating was a little cramped but for a Saturday night I expected worse. Overall I’d come here again and try something different this time! P.s. me and my wife spent 89 dollars on hibachi plus sushi and tip, however if we didn’t get so much sushi we wouldnt have broke $60

We had a great time. The food was great and large portions. My kids got the grill and I went for the sushi. The staff is super friendly. Anna helped us out so much and made us feel very comfortable. This is our new family favorite restaurant.

If I could give it less stars I would. I’ve got food poising twice after eating here two times which if that wasn’t bad enough the service was terrible as well. The over charged my card for things I didn’t order and refused to take them off my bill while also adding their gratuity without me being in a group. Highly recommend finding another place for habachi if I was you.

Not for me. I’ve been here a few times thinking I just came on a bad night. After three separate visits I’ve decided kyodai’s sushi just isn’t for me.

A great place to go for either hibachi or sushi. If you’re with a group and want the whole show, they have a good number of tables to accommodate. I really like that they also have a separate dining room where you can go order the same food without the wait. It’s a good option if you’re in a hurry or are looking for a more intimate setting. The restaurant has sizable bar seating available with seats directly in front of the sushi chef. That’s the option that I usually go for. The sushi is always fresh and made to order. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff has always been friendly and amazing! No matter what you are looking for in a Japanese Steakhouse experience, Kyodai has you covered.

Nice restaurant. Verywell decorated. Great food. Decent portions. The wait staff was good and the chef did a good job preparing the meal. I’ll definitely go back.

I’ve been to several sushi restaurants in the area and none of them compared to how awful it was here. Fish inside didn’t taste fresh. Salmon was overcooked. One of the rolls was smaller than a hotdog in thickness. Service and atmosphere were good, though. Hibachi looked good but didn’t try. I definitely wouldn’t return for the sushi, but maybe the hibachi. Thankfully it was cheap.
