Kyo Sushi is amazing! Everything we ordered was super fresh and delicious — sushi, sashimi, and hot dishes were all great. The fish was very fresh, and the rice was perfect. Service was friendly and fast, and the place was clean and comfortable. We’ve been here a few times and it’s always been consistent. Definitely coming back and highly recommend!

Without a doubt this is the best sushi I’ve had in the IE! The ingredients were utterly fresh and everything melted in our mouths!
They’ve got a great selection of beers, Sapporo, Kirin Ichiban, Orion and Asahi, and a dozen or so delicious rolls to choose from!
Our favorite was the yellow tale, it was the most simple roll we ordered, which let the flavor of the fish shine. But everything was excellent!
The staff is so friendly, patient, and genuinely nice. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Honestly, this place is amazing. The rolls are HUGE and so filling, and every bite is packed with flavor — easily some of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had. The nigiri was just as good, with big, super fresh pieces of fish. I left feeling totally satisfied. The service was also awesome — everyone was so nice, and you can really see how much care the sushi chefs put into each plate. It’s rare to find a spot this good, and I’m so happy it’s right near us. Such a great dining experience!

I’ve been wanting to try this place since seeing the “grand opening” banner a few months ago. This place truly did not disappoint!! Every single dish was so full of flavor and I love the elegant touch of the orchids for presentation.
There were so many yummy options to choose from! We opted for the Bento Boxes we were so happy with our choices and completely devoured it! We like the variety of choices and every single item was super tasty. It was more expensive than the other sushi place we frequent in Redlands but we can say that this was definitely worth the price for the flavors, taste, and generous portion size. Would absolutely get this again and recommend the combo bento box if you’re really hungry or have a large appetite.
The yellowtail carpaccio was delightful although we’ve had better versions with more flavorful sauce. The baked salmon roll was amazing and absolutely perfect. I wish I had more space for it but we ended up taking half of it home because we were so stuffed! The food here is great and we will definitely be back again and recommend it to others

There were mostly booth seats and the center row had tables with chairs with sushi bar seating. Probably won’t be lots of seating for large parties at the same time.

The best sushi spot in town! Kyo Sushi never disappoints — everything is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. We come here all the time and it’s consistently great. The staff is super nice and the vibe is relaxed. If you’re looking for the best sushi around, this is the place!

Small, intimate, cozy, very good customer service! My wife and I have been trying to find a good sushi place (little hole in the wall) since Zutto’s went out of business in 2020. This place has surpassed every other Sushi spot we’ve gone to. The Fantasy Roll by far was our favorite (recommended by our server who was on it and had great customer service with us – unfortunately we didnt get her name!) and is the best roll to end the night on. Absolutely our new favorite spot and will be returning!

I found Kyo Sushi on Google maps, read the menu and saw the “avocado bombs” and decided to head there immediately. It did not disappoint!! The food was absolutely delicious! I wish I would’ve tried more food but I was definitely too full! I definitely recommend the baked salmon roll.
It’s a small restaurant but it’s soooo good! The staff were amazing too!! Definitely coming back!

New ownership (?) It’s got a Grand Opening banner flying, but not sure how long that’s been up. I guess the food was good. The Blue Fin Tuna was certainly wonderfully presented and was very delicious, but I was overwhelmed with the Spider Roll and Las Vegas roll. I thought 1 of each would be plenty for dinner, but both of them were were massive. I have a big mouth, but there was no way I could get a single piece, intact, into my mouth. Both were deep fried and FULL of rice. I was full after one roll. I took the other roll home. Most of the roll was rice, so it was good, but no discernment on individual flavor. I will go back, but going to temper my menu choices to something more reasonable.

But a good test of a sushi place is their uni. This new restaurant is their MP items and difficult seafood menu like sea urchin, bluefin, and yellowtail belly.
Obviously, I ordered all of that (except the bluefin). The uni MP was $20, yellowtail was $7, and everything else was a really good price and you can taste the high quality seafood.
VERY impressived with the friendly and fast service. The sushi chefs were obviously having a good time and loved what they do. It showed in their plating and menu.
Congratulations to the owners for their successful first week in business!!
