This used to be good when it first opened. I liked the rose petal, paan ice creams amongst others. Recent 3 trips to this place have been totally disappointing. The ice cream quantity has reduced, prices are high and the flavor is diluted and more of an artificial one. I might as well make ice cream at home!

If you want to have authentic India-style ice cream, you have to visit this spot. I stopped by with a buddy around 9pm on a Saturday night.
The ice cream and Falooda was awesome. They have a decent variety of flavors. Everything we tried was very delicious.
The staff is professional. They’ll let you sample any flavor that you want before buying.

Very nice place to visit for indian flavored icecream. Tried their malai, mava, pan ice cream cup and pistachio falooda. Pan was so rich in its flavor. Others were comparatively good as well. Tried their couple of samples and they were good. A little bit pricey for size you get from other stores but you can’t get these flavors there.

We have come here to specifically taste some good Indian ice cream, however the customer service is REALLY bad, the person doesn’t even listen to us and asks us to return at 9:20 even though the shop closes at 10, this is the 4th experience we had in a week. Very less quantity and on that glass was not even filled. Exorbitant prices.
Waste of money.
Would prefer Andia icecream rose pistachio milkshake which is an actual thick milkshake with icecream over this Kwality store with NO Quality..

I took butterscotch eggless ice cake from the store for my husband’s birthday last evening. Sadly, I was so disappointed as both of us did not like it at all. It was nothing like a typical ice-cake – neither the flavour was that of a butterscotch nor the texture of the cake. I mean with taxes it costed me 38 bucks, and we couldn’t finish it because of its taste. Won’t recommend this place for cakes at all. Other small vendors would do a much better job.
P.S – However, I do like their ice cream scoops.
