Kurosawa is one of our favorite sushi spots in Parker! Our sushi is always fresh tasting and very good! Great for takeout too (rolls from left to right in pic are the Crazy Dragon, Godzilla, Triple Double, and the Philly).

Had our date night here this past weekend and had a wonderful time! It was surprisingly not crowded at all which was great because we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves! Awesome sushi as always and the service was great! This is one of my favorite sushi spots so we’ll definitely be back! I highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for sushi and in the area!

Very clean, well lit place. Very welcoming. They easily accommodated our large group of 8 people. They worked with us and helped us each through a big menu. The only downside was our food came at different times, 2 or 3 people at a time. Really loved the crazy dragon.

We made reservations for 6PM. I recommend doing the same as this place is very busy Saturday evening. There isn’t really a lobby, so you’ll be standing awkwardly while waiting for a table. Not much of a personality on the seater, but our server was very nice. Food was good. Always a little nervous with sashimi in a landlocked state, but pleasantly surprised with both the samon and the yellowtail tuna. Rolls were well prepared and full of flavor. Tried the 007 roll, triple double roll, sweet potato roll (recommended by the owner of The Wine Barrel), spicy yellowtail roll. Atmosphere is interesting in that they had MMA on the TV’s and Taylor Swift on stereo. Of course we weren’t there for that. Highly recommend if you are looking for sushi in and around Parker!

Today was my first time coming to this place for sushi with my family for Mother’s Day. It was the WORST experience, I have ever had with sushi.

Favorite sushi in Parker! They do a fabulous job with takeout too! I love the options of traditional sushi or you can add a healthy spin on most anything

Grabbed a dinner on Sunday. Nice spot of Japanese cuisine. Crazy dragon roll and fire island roll became our favorite! Pineapple fried rice was delicious. Waiting time was short so nothing was cooled off

We have been here numerous times and it’s been great each time. The decor is nice and it’s very welcoming. Staff is fast and friendly. Sushi is tasty and presentation is good. Definitely recommend for anybody who lives in Parker or doesn’t mind driving out a little bit to get a good meal.

The food was alright. The avocado rolls and fried sweet potato rolls I recommend! However I almost ate a metal twist tie(?) in my fried rice… so I’m good. A hair is fine but finding metal in your meal kinda puts you off.

My absolute favorite sushi restaurant in Parker. The staff is friendly, attentive, and courteous. The food is always fresh. I’ve tried many of the rolls and loved all of them. Their weekly lunch special is unbeatable in terms of price and quality. Their miso soup is the best in the area. I would say their strong suit is the fresh sushi rather than their cooked “kitchen” items.
