Great service. Very Cool place. The theme is Chinese or Japanese vibe. the coolest thing is that I got to order on a tablet or choose to pick a plate from the revolving conveyor belt. So awesome. If you want drinks you can ask your waiter or punch it in on the tablet at every table. Then a small robot brings you your drinks. Really nice. We also got a free price from the game on your tablet. I got magnets.. you have to have 15 plates or more . And yes we hade 15 plates.. We ended up with a bill less than 100$ I would definitely recommend this to anyone who like sushi. The waiters including the robots where awesome. Great service. Great time.

Honestly seems to depend on the day you go in and/or where you sit. One time when I was there, I hardly got any plates of food and had to just hope for something I liked to come along and not be taken. However the second time I went in, seated in a different part of the restaurant, there was constantly sushi to grab.

Finally went in. Use the app to help determine waiting time. We had little to no wait because we use the app. It is 3.30 per plate. Service by human is little to none. Our most recent experience at Kura Revolving Sushi Bar left me with mixed feelings, as the restaurant’s appeal heavily depends on the dining preferences and the company you bring along. Located conveniently in Chandler next to the largest Asian market in the Valley (99 Ranch), this establishment offers a unique and entertaining atmosphere that caters well to families with children, but falls short when it comes to delivering high-quality sushi for adult diners.

We normally go to Teharu for our sushi fix, but decided to check this place out even though it’s 20 mins from Tempe and we found a new favorite! Loved every plate we got, the staff was great and the robot serving the drinks was a fun little touch! It’s close to the same price (maybe a tad more) but worth every penny, and still for sushi it’s extremely affordable. I’d say definitely give this place a try and knock back a couple plates.. you won’t be disappointed!

Kura Sushi is one of our go-to’s since it opened in Chandler. We’ve always counted on it for yummy sushi and great service at affordable prices. For conveyor belt sushi, at this pricepoint, this is as good as it gets in the AZ valley (speaking as former non-japanese residents of Japan). IYKYK.

Food was good especially the unagi nigiri, seared beef with yakiniku sauce. The gachapon balls we got with the Demon slayer merch was a bonus. The Robot bringing the drinks was etertaining to watch. Service was excellent. Ther servers were very attentive and its extremely convenient since there was a call button you can press if you need then. Overall experience was a 10/10.
