I’ve been a regular at this particular Kura location for over a year now, and it’s always absolutely fantastic!! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is really nice and comfortable, and the food is nothing short of spectacular. I even recently got two free prize capsules for being a regular, and I appreciate it so so much!
There can be a long wait time depending on what day and time you decide to go, but it’s always worth it whenever there is.
And as of the time of this review, they’re currently doing a Kirby collaboration, and from someone who grew up with Kirby, it’s EASILY my favorite one they’ve ever done. They absolutely killed it with this collab and I love the special Kirby and Waddle Dee themed rolls, decor, and capsule prizes!!

I am not personally a fan of sushi, but even I found the sushi here to be decent. The real reason I came was for the fish and chips. Whenever I see a place that serves fish and chips, I make it a goal to review it.
The fish was super fresh, which is expected of a sushi restaurant. Probably the freshest fish and chips I’ve ever had. The crust was crunchy, which was perfect. The fish was super tender, but didn’t fall apart in my hands. The only thing wrong about the fish is that it wasn’t really seasoned. Or at least, I don’t think it was. I choose to believe that they do this since the focus is the fish’s natural flavor. The fries were extremely crispy, but not overcooked.
Overall, this was an interesting and fun experience. The rest of the food was pretty good, and I’m certain a sushi enjoyer would love it. Would recommend the buttercake pie.

The other day, I ordered uni sushi, but the appearance of the sushi was somewhat concerning. It seemed that the person preparing the sushi may not have had a full understanding of how to properly make it. To preserve the beauty and quality that sushi is known for, I believe more learning and attention to detail are necessary.
Additionally, even though the restaurant was quite busy, I noticed that some of the staff were sitting at the tables, chatting while tidying up. To improve the quality of service for customers, I feel that more focus and attention to these details would be appreciated.

The Chicken Gyoza Dumplings and Gooey Butter Cake are absolute musts every time I come. The robot brings your drinks, and there’s an endless tray to pick all kinds of food from. Fun, delicious, and unforgettable!

been a regular, I was really disappointed this time. I made a reservation for 4:00 PM to start the new year, drove an hour to get there, and still ended up waiting over an hour. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told it could be another hour at best. At that point, the reservation felt meaningless. Very frustrating experience, especially after being loyal to this place.

We walked into the restaurant during what had to be one of their busiest nights, and at first it seemed like our experience might be headed in the wrong direction. But the team didn’t just recover — they completely transformed the night into something exceptional.
Our waiter, Ethan, deserves the highest praise. Even with a full section and nonstop movement around him, he treated us with the kind of attention and care you’d expect from a fine‑dining establishment. He was warm, patient, and incredibly attentive, checking in at all the right moments without ever making us feel rushed. His professionalism and kindness turned what could have been a stressful evening into a memorable one.
We also want to give a huge shoutout to the kitchen staff. They were clearly working at full speed, yet the food came out beautifully prepared, fresh and absolutely delicious. You could tell they were pushing hard behind the scenes, but the quality never slipped for a second and they treated our daughter as though she were royalty.
What impressed us most was how the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. It’s rare to see a restaurant handle a packed house with this level of grace, teamwork, and genuine care for their guests.

It is extremely revolting in here now, everything looks filthy and covered in a layer of dust and hair, and what’s worse, the hair debris isn’t just on the dispensers, or on the conveyor belt, but also ON THE FOOD ITSELF, BURNT ON So disgusting. It also doesn’t help that the food wasn’t even good. Got takoyaki and it was just balls and mayo!! No sauce, no bonito flakes, no green onion like it normally is served here. If you’re gonna serve us filthy food can it at least be good??

We had a unique and enjoyable dining experience. The robot server was a fun touch, as were the interactive videos. The food was delicious, and our daughter particularly enjoyed the ramen. It might be helpful to reposition the ordering tablets for easier access, preventing guests from having to reach over others.

Been here probably 20 times now or so and nothing bad to say. The servers are always super kind and attentive, the atmosphere is energetic, and the sushi is always excellent.
The only thing I would suggest to the restaurant would be some more sushi options, or perhaps a faster rotating specialty menu. But that’s doesn’t detract at all from my review, highly recommend.
