This was a 1st time for me and I loved it. I forgot to take a pic of the little robot who brings your dishes to the table if they don’t have what you want on the conveyor belt. I absolutely tried so many different rolls that I don’t remember them all. I had the butter cake for dessert which was delicious.

I’ve visited similar conveyor-belt concepts in other cities where the experience is fully automated as it is here—ordering via tablets, robot drink delivery, and a mix of rotating belt options and direct orders.

While the quality at those other locations was decent, this spot fell short. The rolls were bland and clearly rushed, with poor presentation—many fell apart as soon as they arrived. Most concerningly, some of the fish was still partially frozen, suggesting it hadn’t been properly thawed.

Beautiful. We enjoyed everything about the restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly. Recommend there for a date night as well each table felt like their own and you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other.

Small restaurant limited seating but the food is well worth the wait. Modern feel and atmosphere, sleek video ordering for specialty rolls and drinks. Food was fresh and was refilled on empty rolls fast so you didn’t have to wait too long for it to come back around. Mini robots delivered your drinks making it a fun and futuristic experience.

I’m into revolving sushi restaurants and this place was good. I prefer Sushi on Tatum, but this was a close second. Hot green tea was on point and seared eel sushi was fire. The seared salmon didnt look appealing to me but everything else waa good. Mahalo nui loa. ❤️

Such a fun experience with top notch nigiri and rolls. There are so many delicious items to try, and their rewards program will having you coming back again and again to try new things every time. I’m always pleased with how fresh and delicious the food is, how wonderful the service is, and how clean the restaurant is. It’s truly a lovely place to visit, and I’m happy to keep going back!

it was our first time at Kura and we had a blast! my children and husband loved the sushi. i liked how you can order specific orders on a machine and it will come directly to you in a separate belt.!! i love how the main belt already has pre made sushi and appetizers going around and for you to grab whenever you like! The waitress was on top of our soda refills. overall it was a great first time experience. i personally thought u needed reservations but they also take walk ins too.

I had a very unfavorable experience at this restaurant. The food was great and my kids were excited for the conveyor belt service. However we were treated very poorly and the customer service was disappointing at best. Granted my 6 year old son was playing with the food on the conveyor belt. I immediately reproached him and he stopped. The waiter arrived right when I was telling him to stop as this was food that people were going to eat. She proceeded to tell me that he would have to leave the environment and I assured her he had been reproached and it would certainly not be repeated. I certainly felt the threat was unnecessary given she heard me already instructing the child to stop. Threatening to throw a 6 year old child out of a restaurant was completely uncalled for especially knowing that the child had already been instructed to refrain from doing what he was doing. It would have been wiser to be sensitive to this being an innocent child and treat it as such especially after you witnessed the parent clearly reproach the child. The way we were treated was in my opinion unfair and disappointing. I still think they are a good restaurant but could improve on how they provide customer service. I understand they are doing their best managing several customers but we left feeling very unwelcome and not treated as though they valued our patronage.

I love coming here. The staff are always very nice, the plates are always fresh, the only thing that I can say that can improve is in the cleanliness of the tables and commonly used objects, such as the touch screen and prize dispenser. But overall an excellent place to experience revolving sushi

My partner and I really enjoy this spot, the sushi is pretty good, above average for a revolving bar spot. However, you should definitely expect to wait for at least 30min-1 hour, even if you have a reservation. It doesn’t seem to matter if you make a reservation online/in the app ahead of time. The last time we went the host was also seating people who went in to complain, regardless of their actual place in the queue. I watched multiple groups of people leave because of this. I do understand this is a popular place and they are busy, doing the best they can. I just think perhaps they should expand and get more seating, they definitely have the business for it! So overall – great food, just expect to wait quite some time for it.
