The place is usually quite busy, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. My kids absolutely love this restaurant—the ordering process is very convenient right from the table, and the robot delivering water and drinks is a fun treat for them to watch. We also really enjoy the food. While it may not be the absolute best sushi out there, it’s definitely good, fast, and fresh. I will definitely be coming back again.

Cheap quality sushi. The conveyor belt is pretty much empty. The fish nigiri had a strange ‘chemical aftertaste ‘. With so many quality sushi places in Frisco and West Plano I see no reason to come back here. I will say the staff was friendly.

One of the worst revolving sushi places i’ve been to. I travel for work over the last 5 years.And have been to several. Your first greeted by a pad that tells you there are no seats as you’re looking over at three tables that are empty , then somebody comes over wearing blue rubber gloves , very little pleasantry , and asks you that you want to sit at the counter. I wasnOnly one person, so of course, they wanna put you at the counter, which normally that’s okay.But this counter thing is short and low.It’s really weird and every time I went to take a bite I could look through the conveyor belt and see the two people sitting in a table across the way it was very uncomfortable. You have to order your drink on an ipad that’s above you. There was very little variety of the sushi , and what there was was pretty much just all the same. And the same price for every plate , three dollars and sixty five cents. Then if you want to order certain ones cause they’re not coming out fast enough, this thing shoots it down at you.I guess tech is cool but this just was not my vibe. I had to pay with my card.The guy comes over again, no pleasantry.I would never come here again.

Got my Kirby blanket during their promotion. The sushi is good as always! The ramen is good too – beef udon is my fav. Also the drinks even though there’s only a few choices – are enjoyable. More Kirby stuff!

Had our family here for lunch. Its definitely cool for the kids, they enjoyed the atmosphere and the robot that brings the drinks. Reminder to order your drinks from the screen. We waited awhile wondering when we order our drinks. If you get 15 plates ordered you get a prize. We’ll we thought it was cool to try and get 15 plates till the bill was like $100 lol. Didn’t think revolving sushi would cost that much. Either way it was a great experience.

Cheap and easy decision for sushi! From the many times we have gone to this location, we have only waited ~2 or 3 times and no longer than 5 to 10 minutes for a table.

Very sad. Wasn’t like this when they opened and I used to love this place but I won’t be going back. Sushi tasted really fishy. Some pieces were super wet or completely dried out even when directly ordered. Didn’t get drinks or wasabi for a super long time after we ordered beverages and just sat around waiting to eat. The servers seemed to have plenty of time to socialize with one another though. The table and soy sauce bottle were sticky and the restaurant smelled like a dirty mop which affected the taste of the food.

Great spot when you want casual, convenient, and minimal human interaction. Apart from being greeted and seated, you can pretty much self serve, including payment. The variety on the belt is sufficient, if you don’t see anything, you can use the interactive menu above your table. The drinks are brought by a robot, my toddlers love it! The sushi is fresh and well prepared.

Place has went downhill. The touch screens are absolutely disgusting. My first plate I ordered off the belt had hair on it. They brought a new one. The bar tops are dirty. Who owns this place and aren’t there inspections? Who cleans? How can the touch screens be allowed to get that dirty. This was a place we loved and looked forward to coming. Sushi/rice was warm and not chilled. Plates were sticky. Please do better. A clean dining environment is an absolute must!!!
