First time trying the revolving sushi bar and surprisingly enough, everything was so tasty and the experience was so much fun. Ordering specialty dishes was very easy ordering drinks with super easy and of course the little robot comes and gives you your drink that was so cool

This was my first rotary sushi place and, given that it’s not a traditional restaurant, I was nervous that I’d do something stupid and get yelled at by the staff or accidentally eat something that cost $300. But the staff made the instructions really clear as well as being super efficient in getting everyone seated.

We polished off about 11 plates including a bowl of ramen. Everything was solid and they had a very wide selection. Definitely worth going to.

My daughter and I visited this restaurant for a quick weekday lunch and we absolutely loved it! The concept of grabbing sushi off a conveyor belt as it comes by seems a little weird but it was actually very fun and we got to see in real life what the food look like before we selected it. My daughter kept grabbing plates and I started worrying about how much it was going to cost. But when the bill came I was pleasantly surprised. the plates were a fixed price and very affordable. our entire lunch with tip was under $40 which is fantastic considering it was Sushi and we ate a lot.

I think the experience was decent. Just a thing or two that needs improvement from what I’ve seen.

While I don’t mind ordering food through the screen, there were a lot of empties on the conveyor belt. I get it that lunch time is a slower pace time, but it would be nice to have a variety between the screen and the conveyor belt.

The sauce trays are useful, the design on them throws me off because the gold splash paint on them tricks me that they’re used Soy Sauce splashes on them. I think perhaps change them out to “no design” trays. Although I did find a tray or two that actually had sauce stains on them. Whoever is washing them needs to make sure these don’t go out on the dining tables or do checks to make sure they are clean before the next customer sits down.

The dining atmosphere during lunch was peaceful. I recommend visiting during these times rather than the weekend evenings where it’s packed. The staff were nice. Just hit that “call” button and they’ll help you out! And watch where you are walking, they do have the cute delivery robots driving around.

Overall, not bad. Could be better. I’ll be back again on a different day to give it another whirl. Schaumburg location is better, but Oak Brook still has some work to improve.

My favorite spot to go! Never a wait and if you want to eat fast and go you can! Order from the table or just take things off the revolving tray. I love the miso soup and you get a prize after 15 plates! Great For gluten-free options and ingredients listed on the digital menu at the table. The robots are fun too! Super friendly staff. My go to!

I went for dinner and wasn’t satisfied whatsoever. The place was overly crowded and very dirty. I made reservations ahead and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. We tried over 20 plates of sushi and can honestly say I enjoyed 2. My son ordered ramen and beef fried rice. I personally wasn’t a fan of the ramen, but the beef fried rice was delicious. We also ordered 2 desserts, which both were decent. My kids were so excited for the robot to bring our drinks, yet it took 20 minutes just to get a water refill. What a disappointment that was. Overall, it’s not worth the hype, I will stick to my regular sushi places where I actually get a waitor and good service.

I came here with a group of eight people (keep in mind that the largest table seats 4, so larger parties will be seated separately). When we arrived we were told that their system was down and that they could only accept cash. Once we told them we could pay cash, the lady seemed disappointed and proceeded to ask us 2 more times if we were absolutely certain we could it cash. She then walked us halfway to our table and that was the last of our service here. The space itself is very fun and festive. The prizes, the robots, the conveyer belt, the plate counter…it all makes for a fun and unique dining experience!
The sushi itself was good, not great. Is it the best sushi you’ll ever have? No. Is it good? Absolutely. There are tons of options it became a little overwhelming to pick and try.
I do wish that the service was better and that the machines/robot were better cleaned. I felt gross touching them at times. Other than that, I do recommend and would return!
