Very cool experience with a new style for sushi.
Not much to rave about with customer service because they really don’t do much.
The sushi delivery was a neat experience.
The custom orders were delivered fast and great quality.
We found the smoked rolls, tempura rolls, rainbow rolls,and a few others became our favorites.
The drink delivery via the robot was cool as well. It was a great atmosphere and a great experience. We would recommend this for anybody trying for the first time or even a repeat customer.

This is nostalgia for me. I was stationed in Japan, and have been back multiple times over the years. This place is authentic! They Gove you the traditional Japanese greeting once you enter, offer real Japanese beers, and the sushi go round is next level offering great cuts of sushi quickly and is tasty. Lets be for real, good sushi isn’t cheap, so dont expect to come here and not spend a lot of money. But it’s a great experience. We have been here multiple times since moving to Indianapolis and will continue to come here for celebrations, or even if its close to what we are doing that day. Enjoy!!!

This conveyor-belt sushi chain has decent quality sushi. If you haven’t been to a revolving sushi place, then it makes for a fun experience. The added entertainment value kind of justifies the higher price.
They run a lot of fun promotions, but they quickly run out of the limited edition items. So, you’re not guaranteed to get stuff unless you call ahead to make sure they have it in stock.
Attentive staff and everything from the touchscreen ordering option, sushi conveyor belt, to the robot bringing drinks to your table is running well at this location.
The only issue is if you go at a bad time or get the end table then there are a lot of empty sushi plates rolling by. It’s pretty frustrating. You’ll need to just order everything off the touchscreen.

My recent visit to Kura Sushi was an absolute delight from start to finish. The revolving bar experience is not only fun and unique, but the freshness and variety of the sushi make it truly stand out as the best sushi in the city. Every plate that came around was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor — you can tell the quality and care that goes into every dish.
A special shoutout to our server, Jerrell, who made the entire experience even better. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable — taking the time to explain the seasonal collaborations and special promotions in detail, which made our visit even more enjoyable.
On top of his excellent service, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Jerrell for his service to our country as a Marine. It’s clear he brings that same dedication, discipline, and pride to his work at Kura Sushi.

Really fun experience. Each plate around 3.90 some speciality plates a bit more.
You can grab plates off the conveyor or you can order straight to the table. Really good rolls and a lot of variety of side dishes and desserts.

Such a great experience for those that are unfamiliar with sushi. You pick a plate that has 2-4 pieces on it, take the plate, and once done, you dispose of your plate. If you want to order a specific dish, you can through a touch screen and it comes to separately.

if you’ve never been to a revolving sushi bar, you have to change that ASAP. I am not someone who claims to be a sushi-fiend and cannot use chopsticks properly to save my life, but Kura makes me want to change all of that! they have some delicious sushis, as well as desserts (the NY cheesecake and gooey butter cake are must-trys). my friend and I work together every time to reach the 15 plates so we can get that adorable free prize!
and while this is a mostly server-free experience, every interaction I do have with them is so friendly and helpful! and, you have to thank the adorable robot that brings you your drinks, of course.

Great place for sushi & a fun atmosphere. We loved the drink attendant (see video). Wonderful choices & love the conveyor belt going right at the table. U can also order via screen at the table.

I love bringing friends and family here. It’s such a fun experience! The sushi is really good and this is a great way to try lots of different kinds of sushi without having to commit to a full platter. I will say that some days are better than others here. I’m not sure why the flavor can vary so much from plate to plate and day to day but it can definitely be a little frustrating at times.
Although you don’t have a server in a typical sense, the service here is always great and everyone is super friendly and attentive.
