The waiters and employees are so sweet and helpful. The food is pretty good I’ll definitely be coming back. I like the robot that serves drinks. Adorable. I love all the anime and Sanrio stuff. Super easy and straightforward and quick. I love that you can order through phone and pay through phone. It also gives you the option to order and pay through server but the phone is just more convenient and it has pictures of every item which is great.

This is definitely a novelty’. Not a place you come to get full but fun for the family once in a while a while. Sitting further from the window requires special ordering as the belt the sushi comes around on was primarily empty which is frustrating so we ended up have to order most things. They don’t have California rolls any longer and have significantly shortened their menu offerings. The place is fully accessible and a robot brings your drinks which is super fun. They are grossly understaffed and the wait for service can be lengthy although Maxwell our server was beyond amazing considering he was by himself with a FULL restaurant. Overall I would come here as a treat to my boys but not something I would regularly do. It is a tourist attraction for sure. Fun but not filling. If you order anything get the MOCHI ICE CREAM! The strawberry and matcha are amazing!! Enjoy.

I love the concept and the sushi is so good, however I try to pay cash and double check the bill. Once I was charged twice and wad promised “when the manager comes in tomorrow we will do the refund” but they never did so a $50 bill ended up being $100 because I honestly didn’t have the time to chase them down and another time I was charged for 2 cokes when it was just me and I saw it on my way home now I double triple check the bill and pay in cash just in case. The food is that good for me to overlook what happened.

What an unexpected surprise for my birthday lunch! I had no idea what I was getting into but it was delicious and so Fun! From the little robot bringing us our drinks to the easy ordering menu and quick bites off the conveyor belt! Ordering was easy and the food came fast!

I had such a great experience. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, every plate we tried was amazing.
What truly made our visit stand out was Adrian, the manager. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He took the time to explain different options, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His customer service was outstanding and genuinely welcoming.
Adrian is definitely one of the main reasons We would come back. Great food and even better service…highly recommend!

The experience was quite unique and nice. Our server Cate provided great service and was incredibly nice. I only wish that there was a little bit more food coming down but that may also be for us coming in later. The price does seem to be a little high per plate but overall I had a good experience.

I genuinely believe Cate at Kara Sushi has single-handedly restored my faith in humanity. From the moment we walked in, she treated us like VIP royalty who had just flown in from Tokyo. Her energy? Immaculate. Her recommendations? Life-changing. I ordered what she suggested and I’m not exaggerating when I say the sushi transcended food and became a spiritual experience. Every bite tasted like happiness itself — fresh, perfectly balanced, and crafted by what I can only assume are culinary wizards hiding in the kitchen.
The rolls were so good I briefly considered canceling all future dining plans because nothing else can compete. If Cate tells you to try something, you listen. Kara Sushi isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a destination, a lifestyle, possibly a national treasure. 12/10 experience. I will be dreaming about this meal forever.

This place is such a gem!! We had seen it a few times just driving by- it’s rare to find a sushi belt. So we decided to try it tonight, and I’m only sad we waited so long. First, the servers are so friendly (also, kind of rare these days unfortunately). Aila was wonderful, attentive, and just the sweetest. Then, you get to enjoy the innovative way you order and receive your food and drinks. I won’t spoil it, but it’s completely charming.
