Our daughter loves Sushi so we visited Kura grabbed some Kura for lunch. It did not disappoint. Kura is a great experience and they do a nice job of educating newcomers to how everything works! Don’t forget to explore the touch screen menu as it has more non-sushi options.

I was let down my this restaurant, decor, and the ambiance. Maybe the other locations are better. The sushi and ramen were just ok. The servers were pretty dry

EXTREMELY RECOMMEND this revolving sushi bar! This was the coolest and most amazing experience ever. The fastest and most accurate service ever. I’ve been to Japan and experienced their revolving sushi bar but this restaurant takes it over the top with it’s authentic robot server! The pricing for their food based on the quality and variety is insanely reasonable. Seriously, come and experience this for yourself!

Kura kura ATE DOWN!!!! I would recommend the takoyaki but all the sushi is really really good and surprisingly filling. I would recommend for a cozy sit down for an hour and two with friend. But don’t be afraid to eat alone, the atmosphere is very welcoming. You have to work that 15 plate prize though. Kayle is the best server there.

Newish open Kura. The staff are nice, take good care of us.
They can validate the parking, just need to tell them the tag number.
I feel like the menu is smaller than the one in Doraville but I could be wrong.
The tables are also smaller than doraville one. 4 or 5 ppl max per table.
I also think the speed of reloading the plate is not fast enough, we end up order them for the most part.

Overall it’s fair.. of course can’t compare with other location in Asian country, but they certainly doing the best they can.

1st time at revolving bar, would definitely go again. Selection was quite good. It was a fun way to sample various items. Service was excellent. Approachable touch screen and app for easy or ordering. Fun gotcha also distributed which is a neat extra. Went with a picky 10yr with our group. There were accessible choices including sushi, fruits, vegetables, and dessert. While selection was limited on belt it was all done well and also extended menu available to order on screen and promptly delivered.

We stopped by Kura Sushi for lunch about fifteen minutes after they opened, and while there was no wait (which was great), I was a little disappointed by the cleanliness. For a restaurant that had just opened for the day, I expected a much cleaner environment. Our table already had some gunk on it when we sat down, which wasn’t a great first impression.

That being said, our server, Brandon, was incredibly sweet and attentive! He did a fantastic job despite seeming to be one of the only people taking care of the dining area—there were quite a few dirty tables left unattended, which made me feel bad for him.

On the bright side, the sushi selection was solid, and the Umami Oil Salmon was absolutely incredible—definitely the highlight of the meal. I think this spot would be great if you’re looking for a quick bite during a work lunch where ambiance isn’t a big concern. But for a $75 meal, I just wish the table (and overall cleanliness) had matched the quality of the food and service.

Would I come back? Maybe—but I’d hope for a cleaner experience next time!

Always a great experience at Kura Revolving Sushi!
The food was fresh and delicious as always. I cleared 12 plates with ease, and anything that didn’t come around on the belt was easy to order directly. I love the variety and the convenience.

The restaurant is always clean, and I really enjoy the comfortable booth seating. Service was a bit off during this visit—while the robot server is fun, there were a few times we needed a human touch, and the staff member on duty didn’t seem too enthusiastic. That said, this is not the norm based on my past visits.

Overall, still one of my favorite spots for sushi!

Absolutely obsessed! We had the sweetest gentleman greet us when we walked in, asked about validating our parking & seated us. The food was delicious, and everything came out promptly. If you’re looking for a good sit-down while you’re short on time, this is the place. We were done and FULL in 30 minutes (we had an event nearby to go to). I would come back for the gentleman alone, he was so kind, helpful and attentive, always with a smile on his face. The bathrooms are clean and the one I used even had a heated seat! 10/10 recommend!

I first discovered Kura Sushi while picking up food for a friend, and I was instantly captivated by the unique revolving sushi belt and sleek, modern aesthetic. It felt like stepping into a little slice of Tokyo.

After a short 15-minute wait, I knew I had to come back and experience dining in for myself—and I’m glad I did. On my return visit, the staff was incredibly accommodating and patient, even taking the time to help me explore and understand some of the newer items on the menu, which made the experience feel welcoming and fun.

That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. The smell from the cleaning supplies they use was pretty unpleasant and lingered throughout the dining area. Additionally, they seemed a bit short-staffed, which made service slower during peak hours.

Despite those issues, I’m definitely planning to give Kura another shot—this time during the day when it’s hopefully less crowded. Overall, it’s a cool and interactive dining experience worth trying, especially if you’re into sushi with a tech-savvy twist.
