Visited my seventh Kura location last weekend with friends and was impressed yet again. We ordered several different things and I got to try the seared salmon with miso cream cheese for the first time. It literally melted in my mouth! Other honorable mentions are the crispy rice with crab mayo, the french fries, and the seared beef with yakiniku sauce. As always, the servers were friendly and great with checking on our table. Overall a great experience and I hope to come back to this location soon.

Recently visited on a weeknight with no reservation. We were immediately greeted and seated. The food options revolve on a conveyor belt near your table and you are also able to order from a kiosk at your table for larger entrees. You can request to be served by a human or otherwise your order will be brought by a robot (which I thought was pretty cool). We came near closing time so the kitchen was near closing so fresher food options weren’t available but of the food we dined I liked that the plates had at least three to four pieces of sushi. It was easy to clear the table with a drop box that also tallies your plates for cost. For seven plates of sushi and dessert cake the bill was $33 which I thought was great considering the amount of food we received for two people. There is ambient pop music playing and the robots play music when arriving at your table. The restaurant was near closing but I noticed our table top and floor wasn’t as clean when we arrived. Otherwise the staff was courteous when we interacted with them and I liked the prices for the experience.

We come here all the time and it’s a fun place to eat! Service is always very attentive, and the fish is always fresh. The prizes you can get are also very fun and their collaborations are great, especially when they have new menu items!

We visited today specifically to participate in the Kirby cup promotion and were informed only after our meal that the cups were no longer available. We spent over $85 with the intention of redeeming the item, so this was very disappointing — especially for our kids.
I kindly recommend that management provide clear signage or communicate more transparently with customers about promotional availability before they order. It would greatly improve the overall experience.

This is the best priced sushi with quality around! Great experience and Fabrizio was awesome with his service.
We frequent this one and the DC one. We refer this one as there is more parking and easier to get a table.

It’s affordable sushi but a whole lot better in quality and taste. I would even say it beats Wasabi in Tyson’s Corner in my choice of preference for conveyor belt sushi. It’s a good alternative to eating at a Japanese restaurant, but still wanting to dine in. I always like going to get a prize from their capsule machines, especially when they are doing special collabs with pop culture stuff (Pokémon, Kirby, One Piece, etc.) Our recent visit, Gianni was very helpful and accommodating.

My girl and I always stop by Kura in Tysons on our way out of town. The service is great, the food is fresh and high quality, and we always have a great time. It’s our favorite sushi place in the DMV.

Kura is amazing! The sushi is fresh and the many options to choose from are really cool!! There are a ton of different types of sushi as well as different sides and other dishes to choose from! The gachapon system after eating plates feels rewarding! The seating and atmosphere of this place is very calming, I would definitely recommend coming here with friends!
