Food is absolutely incredible here. The presentation of the dishes are also very beautiful but I find myself eating with my eyes closed so I can savour and taste all the flavours in my mouth. We always get really great service here with attentive waiters.

Heard that the chef was from Miku. Some dishes resemble the dishes there, like oshi sushi & soba. Food is good especially the Soba Peperoncino. The citrus tone balances very well with the rest of the ingredients. Aburi chirashi tart is more for its presentation, not good for sharing. Clams are fresh. Prawns are standard.

Stumbled across this place this evening and we were very impressed with what we ordered. Location is cozy and very clean. Food was exceptional with every detail of our meal well thought out. Highly recommend giving it a shot.

The best Japanese restaurant in this area！The food has beautiful presentation and the seafood is fresh as well. Our favourite is the chirashi tart but the noodle dishes are worth trying as well！

Service is good, the hosts are nice, but the Sushi, while good… is just good… for the price, there are many other restaurants which provide far better quality for the prices being charged. If you’re looking for ambiance, this is good, but not great.

Lovely quaint little place that serves up some very flavorful eats and fresh fish. Presentation was on point for every dish as well.
Loved the service, waitress kept our tea cups full whenever it emptied without being overly intrusive to the dining experience.
Overall definitely recommend and I can’t wait to come back.

Kun is one of the best sushi places we’ve been to in the lower mainland! It’s a hidden gem that’s tucked away.
Food: 5/5. We had the salmon oshi, spicy tuna roll, Sunset roll and spicy chopped scallop roll. Everything was great, including the matcha (green) tea!
Service: 5/5. The waitress was friendly, attentive and had great knowledge of the menu.
Atmosphere: it was full when we went on a Friday night. Reservations are recommended for Friday nights and weekends but we were lucky to get a table while walking in.
