Terrible customer service!!! Had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks. Just because the person making the drinks chose to serve a whole family of 10 to 12 people first even though I put my order in way before them while the store was completely empty prior to them coming in. My drinks ended up being rushed and tasting watered down.

I stopped by and bought a few drinks using my card. Afterwards, I wanted to grab a bag of chips, but the cashier told me there was a $5 minimum for card purchases. I understood and went to my car to find some change. When I came back, I was just a few cents short, and I politely asked if they could make an exception this one time. Unfortunately, the cashier refused to budge, even though it was literally just a couple of cents.
It’s disappointing when someone is that cheap and can’t show a bit of understanding or flexibility over such a small amount. I’ve been to plenty of places where they treat customers with kindness and make reasonable exceptions — this was not one of them. I won’t be coming back and will not give them my any more of my business.
Drinks were overly sweet as well.

I usually order milk tea from CoCo, and it’s very good. I decided to try something different. I asked the cashier what are some of his best sellers, he mentioned the mango jelly. I like mango, so, i decided to try. Paid $7+ for the large. OMG! One sip and it was in the garbage. It tasted like a 1lbs of sugar was added. It was soooooo sweet. Not drinkable at all.

This is a terrible branch. My sister has ordered multiple times from this location and everytime they blame the delivery person for poorly sealed cups. It can’t be the delivery person’s fault EVERY time. If you examine further the seal itself wasn’t done right. My entire drink spilled over in the bag. Moreover their teas do not taste good. The Thai ice tea is worst in this branch of kung fu tea than any other branch I’ve tried. It says 100% sugar and it was bitter with no bubbles. When I called the restaurant the lady on the phone instead of being customer focused and apologetic for the inconvenience and incorrect order decided to school me on what Thai ice tea is when I’ve been drinking it for a decade from various sources. All in all the people are rude the drinks are disgusting and there is no sense of customer satisfaction.

Ordered from them many times through uber and in person .In person drinks are usually ok but through uber they often get my order wrong . I always get all drinks at 70 % sweet but from time to time they mess up and make them over-sweetened . Never complained before but today through uber order 3 out of 4 drinks were way too sweet and mango drink had no ice at all. Called the store to inform them of that without asking for any refund but instead the lady trying to tell me that my order was done correctly . I tried to explain that I often buy and I know when it is 70 percent sweet verses what I got today . As for no ice in a mango drink she blamed uber driver for not delivering it on time. That was not the case . He delivered it promptly. How can uber driver melt the ice only in 1 drink because my other 3 drinks had normal amount of ice . Instead of taking a feedback and trying to assure that it will not happen again she took a path of proving that nothing is wrong with my order .That not a good business strategy .Will never order from them again .

Defintely one of my favorite drinks from Kungfu tea! The classic KF Milk Tea with Pudding and Herbel Jelly is delicious. It has rich black tea and you can actually taste the freshly pudding and jelly; the combination of pudding and Herbel jelly was perfect! Customer service was good as always and the staff there always willing to explain the drink. Kong Fu Tea never disappoints!!!

Went with my friends today to try out the new Kung Fu Tea location. They sadly ran out of standard tapioca pearls, but that is expected of the first day. Staff recommended a brown sugar boba drink (cocoa cream wow milk top), as a way for me to still get boba. Drink was a bit on the expensive end, but tasted good. Will be returning.
