Everything was so amazing. The Yellowtail Carpaccio and Chicken Wing Karaage were great starters. The yellowtail was fresh and with just the right amount of sauce. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. The Tonkutsu ramen was flavorful and hearty. We got 3 rolls: Hamachi Sake, Lotus on Fire, and Cilantro Albacore. All of them were absolutely delicious. The fish on all of the rolls were fresh. The Hamachi Sake has a nice asparagus crunch that balances the spice. The Lotus on Fire is simple and satisfying. The Cilantro Albacore was surprisingly soooo good. We thought we would have to take it home because we were so full, but we ended up wiping the plate clean. Everything went down smooth with the hot sake and Kikusui Sake. The hot sake is definitely worth trying with the sushi. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Definitely coming back.

This place is a great new addition to the area. While I think my rating would be closer to like a 4.6-4.7, it was definitely a great place to try.
Their happy hour prices were fantastic. Service was great and the owner was very kind and waitress was very friendly. The fish was fresh and delicious. We ordered entirely too much food but that’s ok haha. There were a couple unique rolls we tried with truffle which were interesting. I enjoyed the truffle yellowtail roll, while my husband was just ok with it. The hamachi sake was just ok, nothing too special, but it could be because we were full at that point.
Some things that stood out to us all: the karaage wings were fantastic. Super crispy with great flavor. I wish they used drums with it too though but that’s just my preference. And also to my pleasant surprise we really enjoyed the jalapeño poppers! The salmon sushi was very tasty as well- the kids were fighting over it. Simple and very well priced for happy hour. Alaska roll was great and they were very accommodating as we asked for the salmon raw rather than cooked, it turned out delicious
Only a couple of constructive criticisms. A couple of rolls, the sushi was sliced into wierd pieces when it should’ve been a whole slice on top of the sushi. Another personal preference for me personally would be the scallops. I prefer the large scallops in my scallop roll even though they’re cut into pieces at least the taste is much better than the little scallops. The Dynamite roll seemed a little strange to me as the mushrooms looked dried? And I’m not used to raw onions in a cooked dish so I might not get that one again.
Overall a very successful little place. Would love to return for another happy hour visit!

This place was delicious! They have something for everybody, whether you like raw sushi, creamy ramens, yummy chicken teriyaki and more, they’ll have something you like! The rainbow roll had 4 more pieces than what my picture showed, but I ate those because I forgot pictures. This place is small but warm and welcoming! Service was great and friendly.

Kumo sushi was delicious! Rolls are huge and packed with flavor and toppings, and the ramen broth is super tasty. I went with my family, and we got the spicy miso ramen, the sushi platter, the tonkatsu, and a couple signature rolls, and nothing disappointed! Ended the meal with mochi ice cream of course. Service is rather fast and the interior has a nice cozy vibe. Definitely recommend checking out Kumo sushi!

We went here on a whim and the food and service were incredible. It’s a little expensive, but our food was all delicious. I specifically got the Tonkotsu ramen, and the pork belly and broth’s taste and smell were great. We also got the Jalapeño poppers as a group, and they came with really good sauce. The servers were also very nice, checking in on us and were incredibly friendly. The wait wasn’t long at all either; we got food very soon after sitting down. All in all, Kumo sushi was a great visit and a big recommendation!

Went in for sushi after seeing that they had recently opened. Very enjoyable experience! Service was excellent and quick, vibes and atmosphere were warm but modern. Food was great! Big fat rolls full of flavor. I got a Las Vegas roll and Spicy Tuna Crunch Roll. I enjoyed the tuna roll but the Vegas roll REALLY shined. Probably my favorite Vegas roll I’ve had to date.
