Here at Kumo hibachi sushi, our mission is to serve the freshest sushi that you can find in Marietta! Like hibachi instead? While we went for the kitchen hibachi method over the grill-in-front-of-you-show-and-tell-send-you-home-smelling-like-a-restaurant approach, we hope that you will give our Japanese traditionally trained chefs a chance. Gourmet Japanese food right here in your backyard, why not stop in for a taste? Japan is a pretty far flight… For our work-from-home, and stay-at-home folks, we have an excellent take-out menu! Whether it’s lunch or dinner, rain or shine, stop on through for some excellent food.

The food is DELICIOUS, and the service is friendly and efficient. We actually ate EVERYTHING that we ordered, including the fried rice, udon & ramen. We are sooo ecstatic we found this gem, and made a u-turn before driving out of state. This restaurant isn’t your typical AYCE bc the food is of such high quality. We actually went to Japan twice this year, and we just ate in Japan last week so this review should speak volumes. The atmosphere is very modern and prices are reasonable for the quality of food. We’ll be back when we visit ATL again.

Sat at a table that had water on the floor so we had to go around the table with the children. The food was okay. The sushi was great. It was my first time trying it and I enjoyed it. The hibachi combo on the other hand could’ve been better. I wad kind of said that it wasn’t a cook in front of me type of hibachi but the rice was not great at all. It had no flavor. It was hard to communicate with the waitress. Might be a language barrier. Anyways I was hungry and it wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad.

My Son and I have been regulars here for years. The specialty rolls are some of the best I’ve had. The Sashimi is amazing. The service is top notch. I always end up comparing any other sushi restaurant to Kumo!

So I ordered the yaki udon it was not cooked to our liking, it wasn’t our usual dark udon look. So they kindly made what I usually order , the chicken teriyaki hibachi, in what world do you serve peppers and onions as the veggies for hibachi IM HIGHLY UPSET . THIS WAS A WASTE. All my kids could eat was chicken and rice for 30$

As much as I did enjoy kumo and is delicious food fast and friendly service and great decor I have to give it a four. I believe you all have a great restaurant but I believe that there’s still room for improvement wherever there may be. I will recommend to friends and family but with so many Asian food options hard to say that I would specifically return to this restaurant, I had a lunch hibachi filling but the chicken left something to be desired for some reason. 15$ tab with lunch menu and additional priced drink. 4/5 would recommend

Love this Hibachi spot! Great place for a date or dinner for co workers. Nice quiet environment and great service. The food is beyond delicious. Ive conducted several meetings with staff members here and there’s plenty of space for a large group. Highly recommend it!
