Cute spot in East Hampton. The vegan ramen was good but not the best vegan ramen I’ve had, the noodles are gluten free so a little chewy. Nice avocado hand roll with warm rice and loved the palm and peaches salad. The orange tofu and eggplant nigiri are delicious. Nice cocktail menu and a cute bar area.

Kumiso East Hampton offers a delightful dining experience with its friendly service and flavorful dishes. The staff are welcoming, making you feel right at home. The food is unique and tasty, with a great variety of options to choose from. The unique twists on classic dishes make it an interesting and enjoyable experience. I tried the Piggy Ramen and while it’s not your traditional ramen, it was definitely tasty with bold flavors. The Super Mario Roll was a standout – I really enjoyed it! The decor is fun and funky, adding to the overall vibe of the place. Plus, the wall art by the Canadian artist is truly impressive, adding an extra layer of flair to the funky decor!
Definitely worth a visit!

The sushi is incredible, an excellent place to enjoy delicious pork ramen. Don’t forget to ask about Chef Karla’s specials.

They are the real deal. Crispy on the outside, luscious on the inside, with a genuine Japanese-inspired flavor. No fillers, only quality. Cook from frozen—no thawing required. My new freezer staple.

I love tasting menus. Especially affordable tasting menus. 8 tiny courses, $55. Asian inspired. Bold flavors, beautifully presented, served by a polite informed staff. There are options for vegetarians, etc. We had a great time; we were filled and satisfied. The lights could have been dimmer and the door needs a vestibule to keep out the draft. But these are minor details compared to the fine and fun experience. Definitely worth a try. Reservations encouraged. It was packed when we went.

KUMISO is hard to find and easy to miss ! Hidden down the alley by Breezin Up and park place parking. But it’s little a gem once you find it. The staff are charming and the food’s great. I wish it had more sushi options but over all a great find.

Great and much needed addition of a casual affair in East Hampton. Can’t go wrong with ordering any of the snack bites. Our favorites were the chicken and lemongrass gyoza and torched wagyu roll. The standout of the meal was the panna cotta. Absolutely insane bite, Chef Jake knocked it out of the park.

Ordered salmon nigiri and a sushi sandwich with salmon. It tasted strange, but that’s not all! There were teeny shards of plastic in the fish. In separate items! At first I thought it was a fish bone but it was totally transparent. It freaked me out so thoroughly. I love this place, but this was extremely shocking and disturbing. It may be a while before we order from here again.

Kumiso is a gem! The vegan ramen is rich in flavors and comforting, while their matcha soba makes a light and refreshing meal on a hot day. Highly recommend!
