I came from New York to visit my relatives and decided to try this restaurant. The food was very good .restaurant is spacious and quiet, making it very comfortable. Kumi Sushi is absolutely amazing! The sushi is super fresh — the rice is perfectly soft, and the fish is thick and full of flavor. The sushi was fresh and tasted clean, especially the salmon and tuna. You can tell the fish quality is good. Simple, fresh, and done right.
I also got the salmon and tuna combo rice bowl, and it hit the spot. Good portion, fresh fish, and the rice was seasoned just right. Everything tasted balanced.
Overall, great food, good service, and a chill atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d come back to when I’m craving sushi.

We ordered sushi rolls served in foil with burning liquid on the plate, and they were so bitter/ chemical tasting and we couldn’t eat them. Apparently the burning liquid got inside the food, because the foil was broken, when it shouldn’t be. Staff didn’t even apologize. But they admitted that it was a mistake. Very unpleasant experience.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this place is. The service is fantastic, the sushi is even better, and the all you can eat menu is such a cost-effective way to eat here. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience.

We went on a Sunday evening and the place was empty. The service was impeccable, everything tasted fresh, and prices were reasonable. We ordered 3 rolls and a bottle of sake for about $60, plus they offered us a free miso soup. Will definitely be back!
