I’ve been to Kuma’s many times. Although this isn’t a 5 star for this particular Thursday night, many other nights and weekends were 5 stars. So it’s really a 4.5 Star for 2/26/2026. We got there before the crowd so got a corner table. Waiter was phenomenal, always knew when we were ready to order or needed a refill, etc. I give my Mastadon burger 4 stars, as I ordered it medium, but it came medium rare. I don’t mind eating medium rare, so I didn’t send it back. The food and drink was good, heavy metal atmosphere always a happy vibe. My family loved their Goatsnake Burger and Buffalo Chicken meals. Clean floors, shiny bar, and smiling people. Expect every Burger to come with Pretzel Bun, Loud Music and Crowds after 5pm and on weekends. We will be back!

It’s a little pricey, but I didn’t mind. Everything was really good and the staff was great. Really enjoyed the vibes. Not a huge burger fan, but they really do have some great options! We liked everything we had. Their house made bloody Mary was great too.

This is my second time at Kuma’s. Their burgers are amazing, both in presentation and taste. The chili cup was fantastic. Then, Oktoberfest draft beers. Lots of metal music, servers that really know what they’re offering and serving, awesome place to go!

Always a pleasure. Staff is great. Beer list is rotating and easily scanned and found on Untappd app as well. Every burger is made to order. Mac&cheese is excellent and so many options. Get the fried pickles.

Great burger experience with friends!! Odd to not have any desserts, but we loved everything we all got. Tasty fried ravioli and jalapeño poppers appetizers. With great dipping sauces!

One of the most unique burger spots you can run into. If you’re a fan of rock even better! The burger variety is extensive, luckily no matter what we ordered it was on point. The Mac and cheese here is phenomenal. One of the better chicken and waffles we have tried as well! Will continue going here for years to come. Bussin!

I am vegetarian and big fan of burgers. I’d love to go to New places to try home made veggie patties. This place has really nice veggie patties and plenty of choices for side of sauces. Overall good food, nice vibes and everyone works here pretty nice and friendly.

Ordered our burgers medium and they came out rare, and I mean still-mooing rare. My mom’s burger even had a hair on it. Also offered a chicken sandwich, but the bun was way larger than the sandwich itself. The pretzel buns weren’t eve toasted and took up 70% of the burgers and sandwiches. Honestly, I could overlook most of that (except the hair) if the burgers actually tasted good, but they were completely unseasoned, just thick, bland blocks of beef. Really disappointing overall.
I do want to say that the staff was super nice and accommodating. If it weren’t for them we would have walked out.
